Synopsis
Deux enfants d'une dizaine d'années sont enlevés à l'entrée d'une école. L'un est le fils d'un riche industriel, l'autre d'un mécanicien sans le sou. Une importante rançon est bientôt exigée, mais l'industriel refuse de payer...Actors

A policeman (Merenda) who is also commissioner is involved in a number of shady dealings made by local crime. Initially the man, as the Marauders corrupt it, let them operate. Then, however, the Commissioner, for a snub made by the criminals to a girl begins to haunt the men who first corrupted him with money, and so, saving the woman ends up being killed after other murders committed against his family.
