C'est une adaptation du livre Mediator 150 mg : combien de morts ? de la pneumologue Irène Frachon, du CHU de Brest, retraçant sa lutte pour révéler ce qui deviendra l'affaire du Mediator et dénoncer les risques de ce médicament commercialisé par les laboratoires Servier. Le film a ouvert le Festival international du film de Saint-Sébastien 2016 et a été présenté en clôture du Festival de Cinéma des Alternatives de Versailles le 30 avril 2017.
Synopsis
En février 2009, confrontés à des cas de valvulopathie et d'hypertension artérielle pulmonaire, des médecins du CHU de Brest soupçonnent un lien avec la prise d'un médicament, le Mediator, commercialisé par les laboratoires Servier. La pneumologue Irène Frachon, aidée d'un chercheur, le professeur Le Bihan, s'improvise lanceuse d'alerte. Ces provinciaux candides ne cherchent qu'à sauver des vies. Mais, à Paris, ils découvrent un univers bien peu préoccupé d'intérêt général. L'argent règne en maître et « des laboratoires pharmaceutiques arrivent à prendre le contrôle des autorités de santé » : universitaires stipendiés, arrogants et brutaux, commissions d'experts dévoyées par les conflits d'intérêts… Le Bihan, en tant que chercheur, est vite neutralisé. On l'accable de mépris, on lui coupe les crédits et il n'a plus qu'à s'exiler au Canada.Actors

Organisés en go fast, sept hommes, répartis dans quatre voitures, convoient une tonne quatre cents de résine de cannabis au départ de Malaga au sud de l’Espagne. Direction Creil en banlieue parisienne. Mais pour Alex, Yacine, Majid et les autres, ce qui aurait dû être un convoi ordinaire va devenir un convoi fatal. Sept hommes mais très vite une femme aussi, Nadia, une jeune touriste française qui remonte d’un voyage au Maroc, embarquée malgré elle dans l’aventure parce qu’elle était au mauvais endroit au mauvais moment. Une plongée au cœur du trafic, le temps d’une journée, avec les hommes qui en vivent.

Malony, à qui sa jeune mère Séverine, irresponsable, droguée et instable, n'assure pas un cadre affectif et éducatif satisfaisant, se voit placé par la juge des enfants Florence Blaque dans plusieurs établissements de plus en plus contraignants. Sa scolarité désastreuse est interrompue, il est sujet à des crises de violence qu'il ne contrôle pas, et multiplie les délits. Cependant, la magistrate persiste à tenter de l'aider en dépit du peu de résultats auxquels elle parvient et malgré le comportement souvent hostile, mais parfois attachant, du jeune garçon, lié plus que tout à sa mère et à son frère cadet.

The Flemish boys Lars, Philip and Jozef are somewhere between 20 and 30 years of age and each has a physical handicap. Jozef is almost blind and needs to use a magnifier. Philip suffers from paraplegia. He can only move his head and can use one hand which gives him the strength to control his automated wheelchair. Lars has an incurable brain tumor a side effect of which is that he is restricted to a wheelchair as a result of his increasing paralysis. The three are good friends and visit each other frequently.

Tristan Price faite avec famille et amis sont 25ème anniversaire. Pour prolonger la soirée son petit frère Hayden le conduit à une fête privée chez un inconnu. Michael Dixon (Cuba Gooding, Jr.) is an agent working linewatch for the United States Border Patrol on the U.S. Mexico Border in New Mexico. Will Rodman, a scientist at the biotechnology company Gen-Sys, is testing viral-based drug ALZ-112 on chimpanzees to find a cure for brain ailments such as Alzheimer's disease. The drug is given to a chimpanzee, Bright Eyes, greatly increasing her intelligence. However, when Will is presenting 112 to his boss and uses Bright Eyes as an example, she is forced from her cage, goes on a rampage, and is killed. Will's boss Steven Jacobs terminates the project and orders chimp handler Robert Franklin to euthanize the chimps. After doing as ordered, Franklin discovers that Bright Eyes had recently given birth and understands the reason why she was disturbed. He convinces Will to save the baby chimp's life by taking him home temporarily. Will's father Charles, who is suffering from Alzheimer's, names the chimp "Caesar", in reference to William Shakespeare's play Julius Caesar, from which he can, despite his deteriorating mental condition, cite long passages from memory. Will learns that Caesar has inherited his mother's high intelligence (the 112 virus passing to him in utero) and decides to raise him, working from home and observing his behavior in hopes that he can get the project restarted. Three years later, Will introduces Caesar to the redwood forest at Muir Woods National Monument. Meanwhile, with Charles' condition rapidly deteriorating, Will treats him with ALZ-112 and he is restored to better-than-original cognitive ability.

In 1941, SS colonel Hans Landa, the "Jew Hunter", interrogates French dairy farmer Perrier LaPadite as to the whereabouts of the last unaccounted-for Jewish family in the neighborhood.
