Synopsis
In the grand tradition of the lone hero who mysteriously appears in a town desperate for help (think "Shane, "Billy Jack", "James Bond" and "Chinese Connection"), having survived a war and now serving the government as an undercover agent, Danny Silva takes on his biggest foe yet: the street gangs that have taken over his neighborhood. Nick Taylor (Lorenzo Lamas) is the kickboxing champion of the world but his reign is cut short by Jake Gerard (Jeff Langton). Gerard is similar to a Clubber Lang type character. Taylor gives up and he's completely destroyed by Gerard's brutal victory over him. He retires and remains that way until he comes across a promising newcomer, Danny Davis (Michael Worth). Taylor trains Davis to avenge his title and Davis defeats every fighter in his path. In the end Jake Gerard and Nick Taylor square off in a battle royal on top of a roof lit by neon signs.

In this installment of the series Jack Kelly tries to exterminate a major drug cartel after one of the students he is training in the martial arts dies of a suspected drug overdose. Kelly immediately leaps into action by uncovering a cache of weapons he saved from his marine days, and busting into a drug stronghold, guns blazing. Alas, after this battle he is arrested but saved from jail by the quick thinking of his lawyer, who gets him into an insane asylum. Here he will meet many "crazy" characters who will both assist and hinder his quest for justice. After escaping, Kelly continues his fight and eventually discovers that the drugs are laced with rat poison. After some more fighting he uses the drugs to kill the top men of the drug operation.
