This release features all of Sylvester's pairings with Hippety Hopper and/or his son, Sylvester, Jr. Sixteen of them are new to DVD while two were previously available on the Golden Collection DVDs. The DVD was released on April 23, 2013.

Bugs Bunny is taking his morning shower under a waterfall, singing "April Showers" (à lá Al Jolson) when the water stops flowing. After a brief delirium that the supply has permanently dried up, he decides that beavers are responsible, and climbs up the waterfall to the source of the problem. The source of the problem turns out to be the villainous Blacque Jacque Shellacque, who has built an illegal rock dam in an effort to control the water supply and sell it at inflated prices. Bugs demands Jacque explain what gives him the right to build the dam, and Jacque responds "This give me the right!" as he sticks a revolver into Bugs' neck (this exchange is cut out of most commercial showings). Bugs next asks Jacque what would happen if certain rocks become loose, to which Jacque simply states he would replace them. Bugs then tricks Jacque into removing a tiny rock, at the dam's base, which then dislodges the dam.

Elmer équipé d'un détecteur de lapin, tombe sur Bugs qui le fait tomber d'un précipice. Auditeur du jeu radiophonique Quel est le nom de ton nom, Porky Pig se voit décerner sans raison apparente le premier prix, qu’il reçoit immédiatement à son domicile sous forme de paquet cadeau. Le prix remporté se trouve être le canard Daffy Duck, lequel se révèle d’emblée envahissant et semeur de désordre, jetant par la fenêtre divers objets et mobiliers, avant d’être lui-même jeté dehors par un Porky Pig excédé. Mais Daffy Duck décide de jouer aux Dr Jekyll et M. Hyde et revient à la charge en prétendant avoir une double personnalité et se transformer en monstre lorsqu’on le contrarie. A l’aide de fausses dents et mimiques assorties, il terrorise Porky pig qui finit toutefois par comprendre le manège et rendre la pareille à Daffy Duck en l’effrayant à son tour, revêtu d’un costume d’Halloween. Finalement, Daffy Duck ayant fui les lieux, Porky Pig s’effraye lui-même en se voyant par hasard dans un miroir.

The cartoon opens with a pair of eyes looking through a peep door followed by the credits. The narrator explains how the Roaring 20's was a time of jazz, new fashion trends (such as oversized fur coats on men and short-skirted dresses, bell hats, knee socks, and long pearl necklaces on women), dance parties, and mobster violence. The scene then cuts to a pair of gangster cars shooting guns at each other (ceasing at a traffic light). One man, witnessing the gangster battles, hurries over to the nearest telephone booth and orders the operator to connect him to the police, but the dim witted operator takes so long to make the connection that the gangsters' gunfire shoots the telephone booth and man in half, to which the operator says "Sorry! You've been disconnected."

The premise of the framing animation was a general parody of the popular 1970s/1980s television series Fantasy Island, with Daffy and Speedy playing caricatures of that series' principal characters, Mr. Roarke and Tattoo (respectively). They even wear the white suits worn on that show by Mr. Roarke and Tattoo.

Bugs has relocated his home due to heavy winter rains; he now lives under the floor of a condemned building. All of a sudden, he hears police sirens, which are followed by a car stopping, and then clambering footsteps. Rocky and Mugsy, two gangsters, burst into the room. They have just committed a jewelry robbery, "all 14-carat". Bugs hears the last word as "carrot", and emerges to see what's happening. He realizes what's going on, and vows to take care of the two while they rest for the night.
