Synopsis
Lorsque Wong entends sa petite amie lui dire qu’elle veut rompre, il ne peut pas en croire ses oreilles. Désespérant de trouver un moyen de la récupérer, il se tourne vers internet où il se connecte avec Crystal, une experte autoproclamée en relations de 19 ans. Après avoir entendu son histoire, elle lui ordonne de traquer l’ensemble de ses ex-petites amies et de leur demander ce qui n’allait pas dans leur relation. Pendant ce temps, sa petite amie se fait courtiser par un bel homme riche.Actors

This film begins with Nicholas Tse's character, Fung, waking up and getting ready for work as a mail man. During this he explains his life and the illness that has inflicted him. When Fung was younger, he got an illness that permanently took away his ability to hear and feel, even hearing aids will not help him. For Fung he has to read lips in order to understand what someone is saying to him. As he gets ready for work he is in the bathroom brushing his teeth while all of a sudden he smells something from behind him. It was his roommate Buddy who had an emergency and rushed into the bathroom, even though Fung was still in there. Fung reprimands his roommate and tells him that next time he better tell him that he is in the bathroom. Buddy defends himself by saying that he knocked but Fung did do or say anything so he took it as that it was ok to go inside. With this Fung leaves the bathroom and goes and gets his watch, it's special because it helps him hear better. Now that he is ready, Fung leaves his apartment and goes to work.

Don Lee (Nick Cheung), a police detective in Kowloon whose reliance on informants leaves him struggling with a guilty conscience. Lee's previous stool pigeon's cover was blown and was attacked, leading him paranoid and driven from his wife and home. Lee begins to doubt his own methods. Chan Foh To (Jackie Chan) is a junkyard mechanic and a part-time race car driver who helps the Hong Kong Police Force in their crackdown on illegal street racing in the country. One night, while helping news reporter Amy Yip (Anita Yuen) and Kong (Ken Lo) after their Mitsubishi FTO runs out of gasoline, Chan commandeers the car with Amy inside to chase after a speeding black Nissan Skyline GT-R R32 driven by the dangerous criminal driver Warner "Cougar" Kaugman (Thorsten Nickel). In the high speed car chase's climax, Chan traps Cougar in a police roadblock and has him apprehended. However, due to a lack of evidence and a warrant for arrest, Cougar is immediately released from police custody. Chan continues to be harassed by Amy, who wants to do a cover story of him.
