Missile to the Moon is an independently made 1958 American black-and-white science fiction film, produced by Marc Frederic, directed by Richard E. Cunha, starring Richard Travis, Cathy Downs, K.T. Stevens, and Leslie Parrish. The film was distributed by Astor Pictures and
is a remake of another Astor Pictures-distributed film, 1953's Cat-Women of the Moon.
A spaceship blasts off from Earth with five aboard, but one of them is secretly a Moon man returning home. He dies by accident during the trip to Luna. What the remaining four find waiting for them when they arrive on the Moon is well beyond their expectations: huge rock creatures, giant lunar spiders, and a civilization made up of beautiful women.
Synopsis
Two escaped convicts, Gary (Tommy Cook) and Lon (Gary Clarke), are discovered hiding aboard a rocket by scientist Dirk Green (Michael Whalen), who then forces them to pilot the spaceship to the Moon. Dirk, who is secretly a Moon man, wants to return home.Actors

Quatre naufragés dont la fille d'un milliardaire américain (Irish McCalla) échouent sur une île volcanique non cartographiée, mais dont il apparaît rapidement qu'elle sert de cible aux exercices de l'US Air-Force. Two lovers, Wayne Brooks and Janet Cleveland, with the help of scientist Dr. Frederick Cleveland reveal and prove the theory of suspended animation when they find a frozen lizard in a mountain rock. But Dr. Cleveland has another passion: writing a book about Spanish Conquistadors who came to the region. The book targets the history of a legendary giant Conquistador named Vargas whose remains Cleveland and the two lovers search for in an archeological dig containing ancient armor and weapons. Later that night, a lightning strike revives the body of the 500-year-old Vargas, who stalks the three searchers and eventually kills a young woman. Sheriff Parker, the town Sheriff accuses and arrests Wayne for the murder of the young woman because a medallion from the search was found in the girl's hand. But later, it is revealed that Vargas is roaming around the forest causing another brutal death. The local town men, with the help of the three searchers and the sheriff go out to find and kill the giant, which causes more damage and deaths. Wayne finally kills the giant by causing him to fall off a bridge and into a waterfall.

The grandson of Victor Frankenstein, Oliver (Donald Murphy), is hiding away as a laboratory assistant for the gentle Prof. Morton (Felix Locher). While Dr. Morton pursues a pet project, Dr. Frankenstein secretly works his own experiments on his benefactor's niece, Trudy Morton (Sandra Knight). Four isolated astronauts in the lunar mining base Ark suffer a meteor storm. While inspecting the damage caused by the meteors, astronaut Ava Cameron discovers spores contained in one of the fragments and brings them back to the base for investigation. The medical officer discovers that these spores can grow rapidly, and in the process Ava is contaminated with them. Shortly afterward, Ava shows evident signs of a rapidly progressing pregnancy and, a few hours later, she goes into labor. The life form escapes the lab, and none of the others believe Ava's stories; they instead attribute her pregnancy to a cyst. The alien stalks crew member Johns, eventually taking his shape and killing him. Using notes posthumously left by Johns, Ava and Col. Brauchman attempt to kill the alien before it can kill them. Eventually, Ava and Brauchman prepare to abandon the base in an escape pod, but it is hijacked by the alien. Ava and Brauchman, having expended most of the base's remaining power to ready the escape pod, are resigned to their fates until a rescue ship arrives from Earth. Brauchman sends a message to Earth from the rescue ship, warning them to kill whatever they discover in the escape pod, but it's revealed that the alien has escaped.

Off the coast of a small Sicilian fishing village, two fishermen watch in amazement as a spaceship pierces the skies and crashes into the sea. The men, Mondello (Don Orlando) and Verrico (George Khoury), row out to the site and pull two space travelers from the capsized craft before it shudders and sinks into the sea. Meanwhile, in Washington, D.C., General A. D. McIntosh (Thomas Browne Henry) discovers that the government's missing spacecraft, piloted by Col. Bob Calder (William Hopper), has been located off the coast of Italy. As McIntosh flies to Italy, Pepe (Bart Braverman), a little boy who lives in the fishing village of Gerra, finds a metal capsule that has washed up on the beach. Upon opening the capsule, he finds a jelly-like glob inside and sells it to Dr. Leonardo (Frank Puglia), a visiting zoologist who is studying sea creatures. Meanwhile, Leonardo's medical-student granddaughter Marisa (Joan Taylor) is summoned to town to take care of the injured Calder and his companion, Dr. Sharman. When Calder regains consciousness, he finds Sharman in the last throes of the fatal disease that decimated his crew.
