Police Force is a Hindi crime action film released on May 28, 2004 directed by Moosa Farish and stars Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon and Amrish Puri as the leading protagonists. The film received mostly negative reviews and grossed below average at the box-office.

Synopsis

Police Academy trainer, Pandey, has been assigned to train some new recruits who are likely candidates in senior positions of India's Police Force. He does his best to train them, and get them assigned to their duties. What he is unable to teach them is about dishonest police officers, especially high-ranking ones; equally dishonest politicians, who have open links with gangsters and terrorists. These young men must now decide to carry on and compromise with this situation, or become rebels and ultimately lose their jobs.

The film revolves around a gangster named Mustafa (Patekar) who is a contract killer and can go any limit to please his superiors and offers 5 times Namaz. He was adopted by a powerful don Shanta Prasad (Rawal) when he was a child. He calls Shanta as Abba (an Urdu term for father). Abba taught him the crime tactics and made Mustafa his weapon for his illicit crimes. Mustafa's only aide is Sudama, his childhood best friend. Abba shares enmity with the Verma brothers Mahesh, Rohan and Bipin (Pradhan, Joshi and Bahl) which the trio wants to kill Abba. Meanwhile, a dancer Kavita (Tandon) who works in Verma's dance club. Mustafa falls for her which heats up enmity of Vermas and Mustafa. Kavita meets Mustafa and he tells his life's history to which Kavita develops a soft core for Mustafa. He marries her and love blossoms. But this happiness does not last long as Kavita gets killed in a car blast (a plan hatched by Vermas to kill Abba instead). Her death made Mustafa realise his mistakes and wants to end up giving up crime. He kills Mahesh's son by planting a bomb on his forehead. He goes to Dixit's house where he is disliked by them but his heart warming nature wins the Dixit's family's heart. Abba is happy that Mustafa is recovering from his trauma and helps Vikram (Joshi) for his education and job, bails out Dayanand Dixit (Satam) by false crimes and helps Vidya to marry Arun (Behl). Meanwhile Bipin's lustful eyes falls on Vidya. During elections Mustafa involves in a brawl where he kills Mahesh and his Rohan in a bomb blast and helps the politician Imtiaz to win. Mustafa now wants to surrender himself to police and refuses to work for Imtiaz and Abba anymore. Imtiaz orders Abba to kill Mustafa in fear that in future he will confess the crimes of Imtiaz and Abba. In the wedding night, Bipin enters the house and tries to rape Vidya but Mustafa slits him brutally with a mirror piece. Police arrives and Mustafa is about to surrender but before he wants to marriage ceremony to be complete. Abba arrives and offers Mustafa to continue his work again but he refuses. Mustafa offers Namaz for thanking Allah. Helpless, Abba has no other option but to obey the orders of Imtiyaz and finally orders his men to shoot Mustafa and kills him. A hearbroken yet angered Sudama then kills Abba.

Elaan is a declaration of war against the reign of terror unleashed by the ganglords. The story revolves around an upright and principled Police Officer, A.C.P. Ramakant Chaudhary whose eldest son Vikas is killed in a pre-planned accident. But the A.C.P. is unable to nab the culprits for want of valid evidence. Consequently, the A.C.P., his wife Revati and younger son Vishal are griefstricken over the loss of young Vikas. While the atmosphere in the city is already vitiated by the atrocities of ganglords Baba Khan and Manna Shetty who enjoy the support of some unscrupulous police personnel, the A.C.P. vows to make the ruthless gangsters bite the dust, without taking the law in his own hands. On the other hand, Vishal an angry young man, cannot stand this injustice since the police had failed to arrest his brother's killers, and he silently resents his A.C.P father's inaction in dealing with the culprits. The ideologies of the father and son clash – which lead to a conflict between a dutiful father and a reckless son. The only one who understands the agony of Vishal is Mohini, the daughter of head constable Devkinandan Sharma. The day comes when Vishal confronts Baba Khan and Manna Shetty which leads to tension and gory situation for the A.C.P., as the ganglords threaten to eliminate the A.C.P. as well as his wife Revati and son Vishal.

No one is bold enough to stop Janardan, nor even attempt to save the girl. When Ram finds out, he immediately arrests Janardan and holds him in custody. This enrages Appa Rao even more, and he schemes against Ram, a plot so devilish that will turn Ram's ordered life, his faith in the justice, and law of the country, upside down.

Kandivli-based Sachidanand Agnihotri is a honest school-teacher, who has always faced problems due to his honesty, first with Poornima School; then in a Government school, and now he has come forward to testify against the sexual assault and murder of a young woman from Worli. Sachidanand points an accusing finger at Nagesh, the son of prominent and influential Jaspal Rana. Sachidanand's family, which consists of his wife, Gayetri, and son, Vishal, attempt in vain to talk him out of testifying. The Police are forced to arrest Nagesh and hold him in a cell. Then the Police, headed by a corrupt Assistant Commissioner of Police, Kamble, attempt to intimidate Sachidanand and follow him everywhere on the pretext of protecting him. Sachidanand is literally driven out of his mind, and on the day of the testimony, Nagesh's lawyer, Ashok Pradhan, confuses him to such an extent that Sachidanand kills himself. Vishal, who is being held in prison for assaulting several policemen, breaks out, abducts Nagesh, and then kills Ashok Pradhan. When Kamble comes to Nagesh's rescue, Vishal kills both of them. He then hunts down Jaspal and eventually kills him. On the run from the Police, he recruits prominent advocate, Khurana, who defends him and gets him acquitted. After the acquittal, instead of thanking his lawyer, Vishal surprisingly kills him in open court.
