Synopsis
This film follows two primary characters, Ace X and Kid Velvet, played by Shaw and Thompson. These two characters are members of a Rock n' Roll band, named Super Hero Central, who live on the skids of both society and the music industry. They transform into masked superheroes to takedown a Hollywood crime lord, named Rinaldi.Actors

Lap and Wei were childhood buddies who grew up training together in the state-sponsored martial arts troupe. Wei felt there was no future in the troupe and plotted to remain illegally in the USA when the troupe was on a performance tour. Lap found out at the airport just before their return flight and tried to stop Wei. Lap not only failed to dissuade Wei, he also became the unwitting scapegoat after Wei unintentionally killed an airport police. Both went separate paths.
