The film is loosely based on The Amityville Horror but only using the location as a plot point. Instead of the usual 112 Ocean Avenue house, it is about a haunted theatre in Amityville. It had a limited theatrical release and was released on DVD in the UK on the 13th of April 2015 with a US release on June the 23rd 2015. The film was directed by John R. Walker and co-written with Steve Hardy.
Synopsis
After the death of her parents, Fawn Harriman inherits a derelict theater in Amityville. She invites a group of friends to join her there only to find out that the theater is haunted. In the meanwhile, Fawn's highschool teacher investigates the theater making a connection with The Amityville Horror.Amityville series

While going through old things in the basement, Jesse finds a picture of his great-great grandfather (and namesake) in front of a Mayan temple holding a crystal skull with jewels in the eyes. In the background is a man Jesse learns is Slim Razor, a former partner of his great-great grandfather turned bitter enemy after a disagreement over who would get to keep the skull.

Maggie Walsh (Ross) and her boyfriend Pete Danner (Elliott) are interior decorators from California. They are retained by an anonymous British client. Their reluctance to abandon their current client in Los Angeles is alleviated when that client dies suddenly in mysterious circumstances. Taking advantage of their pre-paid airfare, they travel to England and are immediately involved in a traffic collision with a limousine. The passenger reveals himself as their mysterious benefactor, Jason Mountolive (Standing), who invites them to his rambling estate, Ravenhurst.

The film opens in Edwardian times in Hocombe Woods, where Doris Mann (Angela Douglas) and Albert Potter (Jim Dale) are courting. When Albert searches the woods for a Peeping Tom, Doris is abducted by a monster named Oddbod (Tom Clegg), which leaves a finger behind. Albert, finding the finger, rushes to the police station and reports the matter to Detective Constable Slobotham (Peter Butterworth), who in turn tells his superior, the henpecked Detective Sergeant Sidney Bung (Harry H.
