The Brotherhood IV: The Complex is the fourth of the Brotherhood series of homoerotic horror films that started with The Brotherhood, directed by David DeCoteau, and was released in 2005.

Synopsis

A young cadet at a military academy joins its secret society, the "Black Skulls". Sent to a strange cave on a nearby beach, he does not survive the ceremony, being attacked by a succubus with lightning powers. The mythical creature then goes after the other members of the society.
