Synopsis
Identical twins Philbert and Nathan were separated at birth. Philbert is married to a wealthy heiress (Amy Yasbeck) with a mistress (Traci Lords) and a political campaign for President of the United States. Nathan suffers from a severe case of multiple personality disorder and has spent his life in a lunatic asylum. Nathan shows up on his brother's doorstep and what begins as a case of mistaken identity spirals out of control.Actors

Marty Malt (Judd Nelson) is an unhappy garbage man who moonlights as an atrociously unfunny standup comic. Ishbo (Rifkin) is the younger son of Mookoo (Carradine), the leader of a tribe of cavemen. Ishbo is smarter than most of his tribesmen, but awkward and nerdy, living in the shadow of his much more physically impressive brother Thudnik (MacArthur). He hopes to use his superior intellect to become an inventor and raise his tribe above simple sticks and stones, but due to a combination of the flimsy materials available to him and the lack of support from his tribe they always fail. Ishbo also has had a lifelong crush on his childhood friend, Fardart (Larter). Much to his dismay, immediately after he finally expresses his love to her she is "clubbed" by Thudnik (and all that follows in the tradition of caveman stereotypes), and eventually married to him. Ishbo himself has never clubbed a woman, having his heart set on Fardart his whole life.

Linda Quiroz plays a woman at home who prepares to make "Hamburger Helper". When she sets the box on the counter top and turns away, the Hamburger Helper Helping Hand materializes out of nowhere next to it. It comes to life, talks to her, and tries to strangle her. She tries drowning it in the kitchen sink, which doesn't work. It appears dead for a moment, but then spits the water in her face, runs away and hides. While she searches for it, the Milk Man shows up with a delivery. He touches her on the shoulder, and she mistakes him for the helping hand, then wrestles him to the floor. When he tells her where the hand is hiding, it then proceeds to kill the Milk Man (Sam Raimi) with a kitchen knife in retaliation for "telling on him". The woman resorts to trapping the Hand in a bucket. The Hand screams that it is suffocating, and plays dead. As she searches for a trash bag to dispose of the dead Hand, it escapes. She catches it and puts it through the blender, killing it. She then proceeds to continue preparing her meal, and opens a can of biscuit dough, only to find the Pillsbury Doughboy on her counter top, presumably starting her ordeal all over again.

When she discovers the record being KISS' Love Gun album and a secret cache of KISS albums, she is revealed to be ultra-conservative when she says "KISS, the devil's music". She then leaves the house.
