Synopsis

Bettie Page is an ambitious, naïve, and devout young Christian woman who longs to leave Nashville, Tennessee following a childhood of sexual abuse, a failed wartime marriage, and a gang rape. A family goes to a village near Mangalore to finalize a bride for the elder son, Lucky, played by Pavan Kumar. In Nantes, Gabriel meets Émilie, a married woman. The two pass an evening together, and as they are about to part ways, Gabriel asks her for a kiss.
