It was based on the fairy tale of the same name written by Samuil Marshak. The music was composed by Vladimir Ivanovich Krivtsov (Владимир Иванович Кривцов) and performed by the National Leningrad Philharmonic under the direction of A. S. Dmitriev. Famous manga artist Osamu Tezuka served as character designer on the film.
Synopsis
Une jeune reine, excentrique et égoïste, apprit l'existence d'une fleur sauvage d'une grande beauté, la galanthusia, qui ne pousse qu'au printemps. Alors que l'hiver bat son vent le plus froid, elle ordonne aux gens de son royaume de trouver cette fleur en échange d'un panier d'écus d'or. Anna est donc forcée de partir en pleine tempête au beau milieu de la nuit dans la forêt pour trouver cette fleur. Elle y rencontre autour d'un feu, les esprits des 12 mois qui reconnaissent en elle, un cœur pur et généreux.Actors

When Rainbow Brite (Bettina Bush) and her magical horse, Starlite (Andre Stojka), go to Earth to start spring, they meet Stormy (Marissa Mendenhall), another magical girl who controls winter with her horse, Skydancer (Peter Cullen). She, however, doesn't want to end her winter fun, so Rainbow battles her for control over the season. She proves to be no match for Rainbow and Starlite, who outrun her and head off to Earth. When they arrive, they meet up with Brian (Scott Menville), the only boy on Earth who can "see" them.

A boy named Sho/Shawn tells the audience he still remembers the week in summer he spent at his mother's childhood home with his maternal great aunt, Sadako/Jessica, and the house maid, Haru/Hara. When Sho/Shawn arrives at the house on the first day, he sees a cat, Niya, trying to attack something in the bushes but it gives up after it is attacked by a crow. The short opens with Lorenzo lounging on the cushion. A black cat passes by, and Lorenzo can't help but express his glee that the stray is missing his tail. He flaunts his own luxurious backside accessory, and goads the cat with expansive displays of tailery. As Lorenzo laughs the black cat casts a hex, bringing Lorenzo's tail to energetic life. Lorenzo is little more than perturbed until the tail's incessant motion begins to take its toll. The pampered cat grows both exhausted and desperate, as it becomes apparent that even the most extreme measures (such as high voltage electrocution, drowning, and being run over by a train) will not quiet his tail. At junctures the black cat appears and offers Lorenzo a knife, his intentions clear. Lorenzo resists him just as strongly as he does his tail's advances. Lorenzo is however, finally driven to capitulate and severs his own glorious tail.

The movie opens with Mystery, Inc. being pursued by a moat monster. After an accident with Scooby-Doo (Scott Innes), he is caught and revealed to be a counterfeiter. This is actually an old case of the now-dissolved Mystery, Inc., who went their separate ways because they were frustrated with their mysteries having all involved mere crooks in monster costumes, as told on a talk show program by Daphne Blake (Mary Kay Bergman), who now, along with Fred Jones (Frank Welker), is running a successful TV series Coast to Coast with Daphne Blake, which involves her and Fred going to historic and inspiring places all across the country. For the show's upcoming second season, Daphne intends to visit haunted and mysterious places and track down real ghosts. When Daphne confesses on air that she misses the gang and that she wishes they were with her, Fred arranges a reunion and contacts Velma Dinkley (B.J. Ward), who has gone on and become the proprietor of a mystery bookstore, and Scooby and his owner Shaggy Rogers (Billy West), who have been bouncing from job to job, including working in customs at an airport, from which they were just fired after eating all the confiscated imported foods. The reunited gang surprise Daphne on her birthday and they go for a trip to Louisiana for her show.

On a golden spring day at the bank of a tranquil river, a young 12-year-old girl named Alice grows bored listening to her older 19-year-old sister read aloud from a history book of William I of England. When her sister chastises Alice's daydreaming, Alice tells her kitten Dinah that she can live in a nonsensical magical land called Wonderland. While daydreaming, Alice spots a waistcoat-wearing White Rabbit passing by, exclaiming that he is "late for an important date". Alice gives chase and follows him into a rabbit hole, and falls into a large furnished hole. Her dress catches her fall like a parachute and she floats gently down. She sees the White Rabbit disappear into a tiny door and tries to follow, but the door's talking knob advises her to alter her size using a mysterious bottle marked "Drink Me." The contents shrink her to a fraction of her normal size, but the door is locked and the key is out of reach. She then takes a bite of a cookie that says “Eat Me” and grows large enough to fill the entire room. She begins to weep large tears that flood the room. The doorknob then tells Alice to drink from the bottle again, which causes her to shrink once more. Alice falls into the bottle and passes through the door's keyhole and into Wonderland. She meets several strange characters including the Dodo and Tweedledee and Tweedledum who recount the tale of "The Walrus and the Carpenter".

Like the other fairies, Tinker Bell attends fairy camp on the mainland. When she attempts to go find some lost things, Vidia asks her if she's going to the human house, which isn't far from camp. The question makes Tink curious and eventually sneaks off. Vidia follows behind to watch over her. When she reaches the house, she is amazed by their "horseless carriage". She takes the time to flitter around under the car, while Vidia tries to get her to leave. Eventually they do, but on their way back to camp, Tink and Vidia stumble upon a fairy-sized house made by Lizzy, a human girl who wishes to meet a real fairy. Tink immediately heads in to investigate, despite Vidia's constant warnings. Tink claims it to be perfectly safe, so Vidia slams the door shut in an attempt to scare her but unintentionally locks Tink inside. When Lizzy begins to approach the house, Vidia tries to free Tink to no avail. Lizzy discovers Tink inside and takes her to her home. She prepares to show Tink to her father, Dr. Griffiths, a very busy and serious scientist, but upon seeing all the butterflies he has pinned in display for research, she decides to keep Tink a secret.
