Synopsis
Une escapade d'un week-end prend un étrange tournant quand un mystérieux propriétaire de boîte de nuit (Pierce Brosnan) propose à un groupe d'amis une nouvelle drogue. Libérés de leurs inhibitions, ils commencent à réaliser leurs fantasmes les plus extravagants, mais ce qui commence comme une fête devient vite un jeu mortel, et alors que la nuit s'avance l'île paradisiaque se transforme en une véritable "maison de fous" tropicale.Actors

Un jeune Américain nommé Casey vit avec sa compagne Juliette en Allemagne. Un jour, celle-ci est victime d'une insuffisance rénale. Malheureusement le vol échoue et Casey se retrouve pourchassé par le mafieux Hagen Kahl car ce dernier veut récupérer une précieuse somme d'argent que Casey lui a volé.En réprimande, Kahl n'hésite alors pas à s'en prendre à Juliette. Le jeune homme se retrouve alors embarqué dans une course poursuite infernale sur les réseaux routiers allemands afin de sauver la vie de celle qu'il aime avant qu'il ne soit trop tard.

The film opens five years after the ending of the first film, with Don (Shahrukh Khan) narrating the story. The European drug cartel bosses meet in the French Riviera to discuss a new threat emerging from Asia: Don is jeopardising their business by undercutting their prices, and the bosses decree that Don must die. Living in Thailand for the last five years, he goes to a remote settlement to pick up a shipment of cocaine. Instead of the expected uneventful transaction, Don fights his way out. He returns to Malaysia, surrendering to Roma (Priyanka Chopra) and Inspector Malik (Om Puri). Don is sentenced to death and sent to prison, where he meets old rival Vardhaan (Boman Irani). He offers Vardhan a partnership, and they escape from prison after poisoning the other inmates.

Chicago DEA agent John Hatcher returns from Colombia, where drug dealers killed his partner Chico. As a result of Chico's death and years of dead end work, John retires and heads to his family's home in suburban Chicago. John and his army buddy Max reunite and celebrate at a bar. A gunfight breaks out between local drug dealers and a Jamaican gang called the Jamaican Posse, whose leader is a drug kingpin known as Screwface. John arrests one of Screwface's henchmen as the gunfight ends. The next day, Screwface shoots up the house where John, his sister Melissa, and Melissa's 12-year-old daughter Tracey live. Tracey is hospitalized in critical condition.

In 1935, United States Narcotics Agent Michael Barrows (Powell) is assigned to find an unidentified freighter suspected of smuggling drugs. When he and the Coast Guard spot it along the California coast, they give chase. Barrows watches helplessly through binoculars as the freighter captain has about a hundred chained slave laborers thrown overboard to drown. The ship escapes by passing beyond the 12 mile limit and entering international waters. Horrified by what he has seen, Barrows determines to smash the narcotics ring - traveling "to the ends of the Earth" if need be - without first clearing it with his boss, Commissioner H. J. The film opens during Spring Break on the Upper East Side. White Mike, once a wealthy, carefree teenager, now struggles to scrape out a living as a pot dealer, dealing to his former classmates. His mother died from breast cancer a year prior to the events of the film, her treatment having completely consumed his family's wealth, and left a deep emotional trauma on Mike. Mike's good friend, Molly Norton, a sweet girl from the poorer side of town, doesn't know he is a drug dealer. Mike's supplier, Lionel, also deals the addictive drug cocktail "Twelve" to Mike's cousin, Charlie. Charlie attempts to mug Lionel one night, as he is unable to pay for the drug. Lionel turns the gun on Charlie, shooting him at point blank range, before finding and executing Nana, an innocent observer, returning home after a basketball game at the Harlem Recreation Center. Mike and Charlie's good friend, Hunter, another resident of the wealthy Upper East Side, set on attending Harvard, who had played basketball with—-and got in a fight with—-Nana earlier that evening, is taken into custody for the murders. He visits Harlem regularly because he detests the high society of his classmates.
