Synopsis
Il y a 300 ans, Wayne un vampire tombe amoureux d'une humaine nommé Mary. Lors d'une soirée, il perd le contrôle et la mord. Croyant qu'elle est morte, les crocs de Wayne refusent de pousser et pour rester en vie il se nourrit de sang animal. Aujourd'hui, devenu professeur à l'université, il rencontre le sosie de Mary, Chris et grâce à elle les crocs de Wayne repoussent et il reprend goût au sang humain.Actors

At the Bureau of National Security headquarters, BNS Special Agent Alex Scott is accosted by his rival, Carlos, before being briefed on his next mission. Scott is assigned to recover a stolen fighter plane sold to arms dealer Arnold Gundars. The plane is known as the "Switchblade" and is invisible to both radar and the naked eye. The BNS learns that Gundars is sponsoring Middleweight world boxing champion Kelly Robinson's next match, and is using the event to auction off the plane. The agency has contacted Robinson and assigned him to be the civilian cover for Scott's mission. Scott and Robinson travel to Budapest, where Scott plans to penetrate Gundars' compound during a pre-fight party.

Ricky Bobby (Will Ferrell) is a NASCAR driver who wants to go fast. While he was working on the pit crew of Dennit Racing driver Terry Cheveaux (Adam McKay), Ricky replaces him and ends up finishing in third place, despite starting mid-race in last place. Ricky quickly soars to the top of NASCAR by achieving his fame and fortune at Dennit Racing and meeting his future wife, Carly (Leslie Bibb). Ricky eventually persuades Dennit to field an additional car and arranges to have his best friend, Cal Naughton, Jr. (John C. Reilly), on his team. Dale Denton (Seth Rogen) is a 25-year-old process server and habitual pot smoker. He makes a visit to the home of his drug dealer, Saul Silver (James Franco), to buy weed. Saul tells him that he may already know the identity of Dale's next service, Ted Jones (Gary Cole). Dale drives to Ted's house and witnesses Ted and a cop, Officer Carol Brazier (Rosie Perez), shoot an Asian man to death. Dale panics and flees the area, but leaves his roach at the scene which contains a rare strain of marijuana called Pineapple Express. Ted is able to identify the strain and sends his two henchmen, Budlofsky and Matheson (Kevin Corrigan and Craig Robinson) to dealer Red (Danny McBride), who tells them that he has only sold the pot to Saul.

Molly Morris (Cyrus), a private investigator based in Dallas, takes photos of cheating men. During one of her investigations, F.B.I. Agent Armon Ranford (Piven), offers her a job with the F.B.I., to watch over Alex Patrone (Lauren McKnight), the daughter of a Senator, who was involved in an organized crime case. Molly is reluctant at first, but ultimately decides to accept Ranford's offer. She goes undercover as a sorority student named Brooke Stonebridge. She meets Sasha Stolezinsky (Eloise Mumford), the head of the sorority and other members, including Becky, Cotton, Hunter, and Alex, whom she has been hired to protect. At first, she suspects that Sasha may be hiding something, but as it turns out, she only changed her identity from Suzy Walters, so she start a new life, rather than be an outcast. Molly also meets her love interest, Nicholas Dexter (Josh Bowman), another student at the college. Molly begins to suspect that one of her professors, Professor Talloway (Matthew Settle), when she discovers that Alex secretly goes off to his home on a lake. She continuously reports back to Ranford, who at one point tells her that Nicholas Dexter is not his real name. She does not believe him, and soon figures out that Ranford is not who he says he is. One night she follows Alex to Talloway's home, only to discover that her professor is actually a federal agent. She encounters a gunman, who doesn't kill her. She figures out that Ranford is behind the mask, who drives off with a kidnapped Alex and soon finds Talloway injured from a gunshot wound outside his home. When she returns to the sorority house, she encounters two federal agents working on the case. They are hesitant at first, but Morris convinces them to help her solve the case, with the help of her sorority sisters. They execute the plan, rescue Alex, and corner Ranford, who is arrested. Alex hands over a SD card, with the evidence in her father's case, to Molly. She hands over to the F.B.I. Molly's father, Sam Morris (O'Malley), who helped her with the case, greets her and meets Nicholas. The F.B.I. is pleased with Molly's work, and she is offered to work for them. She declines, and instead wants to continue at college. Two months pass, and she is taking photos of a guy Cotton is dating. Nicholas comes up to her, revealing they are dating. The film ends when they kiss.

Peter Gibbons, a disgruntled programmer at Initech, spends his days "staring at his desk" instead of actually working. His co-workers include Samir Nagheenanajar, who is annoyed by the fact that nobody can pronounce his last name correctly; Michael Bolton, who loathes having the same name as the famous singer, whom he hates; and Milton Waddams, a meek, fixated collator who constantly mumbles to himself. Milton had actually been laid off years earlier, though he was never informed and, due to a payroll computer glitch, continues to receive regular paychecks. All four are repeatedly mistreated by management, especially Initech's smarmy, callous vice president, Bill Lumbergh. Rick Penning (Sean Faris) is a high school rugby player who is the captain of his team in which all of the players only improve via drugs and alcohol. After losing the championship to the Highland Rugby Team, who is also the team's rival, Rick drinks and drives, resulting in a crash that seriously injures his girlfriend, Tammy. Thus, he loses his position on the team and is sentenced to a boys' Juvenile Detention Center in Salt Lake City. À la suite du la crise financière de 2008, James «Jimmy» Adams (James Lafferty) est mis à l'écart des premières lignes d'un fonds d'investissement, Alpha Managers. Après avoir répété pendant 6 ans le « mantra » de sa dernière compagnie (« Ce qu'on fait est légal, donc ce n'est pas immoral. Si c'était immoral, ce serait illégal. »), James Adams décide de décrocher un travail honnête et plus gratifiant. Après plusieurs tentatives infructueuses, Adams est embauché en tant que serveur sans qualification dans un diner : Papa's Chicken and Waffles, une chaîne de restaurants locale ouverte 24 heures sur 24 (le restaurant a été renommé dans les nouvelles versions du livre et dans le film). Le personnel de ce diner est hétéroclite : un responsable ne sachant pas concilier sa vie maritale et le milieu professionnel, des collaborateurs en majorité issus du monde carcéral, dont un cuisinier (Danny Glover) qui le surnomme sans cesse « Petit Jimmy » ou « Jimmy Jam ». Contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait penser, ce changement radical lui donnera les clés de la réussite sociale.
