It was released on VHS in the UK under the title Forced Impact. It obtained a great commercial success and launched the career of Maurizio Merli. The film has two sequels, Violent Naples and A Special Cop in Action.
This was the final film of actor Richard Conte.
Synopsis
Le commissaire Betti (Maurizio Merli) a perdu son frère au cours d’un hold-up meurtrier. Endurci par ce drame, il tente de mener un combat exemplaire contre le crime. Cependant, peu de jours après, un jeune homme est abattu dans un autobus, en plein centre ville. Cet événement ravive son traumatisme. Désireux de châtier les coupables sans délais, les méthodes expéditives de Betti finissent par lui coûter son poste. Renvoyé de la police, il rejoint un comité de citoyens-justiciers désireux, tout comme lui, d’en découdre avec l’impunité dont jouissent les criminels.Actors

Valentina (Edwige Fenech) and Giovannino (Ray Lovelock) are a wealthy young couple who return to their home in Iseo, Lombardy after honeymoon and it is revealed that Valentina is still a virgin due to her husband's erectile dysfunction. The news rapidly travels and soon there are many men who volunteer to deflower Valentina, including Giovannino's amorous uncle Federico (Renzo Montagnani) and their lawyer Caldura (Antonio Guidi) but Valentina is keen to resist their advances.
