When You're in Love is a 1937 American musical film directed by Robert Riskin and Harry Lachman, who was not credited, and starring Grace Moore and Cary Grant. Moore sings "Minnie the Moocher" and the Ernesto Lecuona classic Cuban song "Siboney". Two of the other songs in the film – "Our Song" and "The Whistling Boy" – are by Jerome Kern and Dorothy Fields.

Synopsis

Louise Fuller, grande cantatrice australienne, voudrait se produire sur une grande scène américaine. Mais elle ne le peut à moins d'être mariée. Elle emploie dans ce but les services d'un charmant artiste dénommé Jimmy Hudson...

The movie begins with Georgia Drake (Kay Francis) performing on the stage, singing "Gypsy Lullaby" while her daughter, Pamela (Deanna Durbin), watches with her boyfriend Freddie Miller (Lewis Howard). Sakall) to attend one of the plays she is in. After the party ends, Pamela sings "Love is All" with the maid, Sara (Cecilia Loftus), playing piano and her mother listening.
