On a case to win the property belonging to Saraswati, Mohsin wins the case on Aditya Choudhury after a long gap of 25 years. Seeing the sorrow of Saraswati, her son Sulaiman (Ankush Hazra) vows to unite the two families and waits for a situation.

The film is about Abir Roy a.k.a. Khoka/Khokababu (Dev) who is a cool and a clever guy. Shankar Das a.k.a. Bhaiji (Ferdous) is a well-known don in his territory whom everybody fears and obeys. Khoka joins Bhaiji's circle as an accountant where he has a wacky senior Khanra Babu (Subhashish Mukherjee). Khoka with his super wit starts to obtain every luxury that a perfect office should have and starts to hoax Bhaiji. Problems occur when Khoka falls in love with Bhaiji's sister Pooja (Subhasree Ganguly). Anyone who even looks in her direction is simply dealt with in the cruellest possible way. Khoka somehow manages to win over Pooja and also gains the complete trust of Bhaiji by changing the system in which his business operates. Bhaiji asks him to look after Pooja as he considers his other employees to be incapable. Khoka and Pooja fall in love with each other and even get secretly married. She even goes to his house to stay for 3 days as Bhaiji's rival Ballu (Ashish Vidyarthi) is after her life. Bhaiji is completely unaware of Khoka and Pooja's relation, however he does come to know about it later. Can their love survive when Bhaiji is over-possessive about his sister and goons like Ballu are on the loose to take revenge from Bhaiji by killing his sister Pooja? That's how our super-clever Chalu Cheez Khokababu takes the story ahead.

Pralay (Prosenjit Chatterjee), an orphan, is given shelter by Kaka Babu (Rajatava Dutt), just like the latter had given to the brother- sister orphans, Mainak (Tota Ray Chowdhury) and Khushi (Barsa Priyadarshini). The three grew up like family members. When they grow up, Pranay falls in love with Chandni(Priyanka Trivedi), the daughter of Tridib Babu (Mrinal Mukherjee), the local don. Pralay and Mainak often clash with Tridib’s men and always teach them a lesson. The entry of Sangeeta (Namrata Thapa) creates a misunderstanding between the two, as Mainak has a crush for her, but he comes to know that Sangeeta loves Pralay. Siddhartha is a college-mate of Khushi. He was not getting any scope of conveying his love for her. Ultimately he joins as manager in the Mainak-Pralay company. But due to some misunderstanding Sangeeta has an impression that Pralay would marry her and Mainak was under impression that Pralay had chosen Chandni as his match. The comedy of errors continues till the entire confusion is cleared.

In the climax, Manik and Chand rescue Rahul, Madhuri and Madhabi from Nagraj and the police arrest Nagraj.

Abhishek meets Madhurima, a medical student in North Bengal. After they return to Kolkata, they keep on bumping into each other. Abhishek works as a pizza delivery boy. Madhurima’s marriage is fixed with Soumyadeep Sen, a cop, as her father saw her with Abishek on her scooter. Since it was Abhishek's fault, he wants to help Madhurima and so he goes and tells Soumyadeep that he loves Madhurima. Soumyadeep being a very ‘nice guy’ calls off the marriage. Meanwhile Madhurima's father fixes her marriage with another guy so Soumyadeep whisks them away and gets them married off. They stay in a huge flat belonging to Soumyadeep. A line is drawn in the house so they don’t cross the line as they stay separately. Slowly they become friends and more indulged in their relation. After Madhurima's exam she got her result and saw that she failed in one subject. Thinking it to be Abhishek's fault, she insults him on his birthday and asks for divorce and also asks him to leave the flat. After some days Madhurima requires 2Lakhs (50,000 at first) immediately as fees to appear for her exams. It is Abhishek who doubles up as a stuntman, signs a contract and quietly goes and pays the money without informing Madhurima as he started loving her. When the results come out, Madhurima becomes the all India topper. She longs to meet Abhishek whom she had asked to leave the house and comes to know he is in hospital as he had injured himself while performing a dangerous stunt. On her way to meet him, Madhurima is taken into custody on some false charges by a cop Inspector Rudra who wanted to take revenge against her father, a retired cop. Abhishek lands up there after getting a call from Madhurima who had managed to call him another person’s phone. He starts beating up the cops, but he gets beaten up himself black and blue .He again somehow manages to get up and again starts bashing up the cops and nearly kills Rudra. Soumyadeep appears there and prevents him from doing so and asks Madhurima’s father to accept them who does so readily.

Jijo gets into a relationship with Hasna. Riju thinks that he is into a relationship with a girl five years older than him. One day Riju’s world was shattered when she introduced Riju to her fiancé, and calls him her brother. Riju got himself drunk, and all the friends left him alone outside the bar. While returning from the pub with Dola, Bapi realised that he must have got some feelings for Dola. One day, when Dola came to Bapi’s house, he asked Dola "who is Bishwayan da?". They got into an argument and Bapi kissed Dola. Dola freed herself and told that they are just friends, but gave Bapi another kiss on his cheek. Further, she told that Bapi is not manly enough and lacks any mystery in his life. Another day Bapi’s sister-in-law found adult magazines and evidence of masturbation, asks Bapi’s elder brother to get Bapi married.

A neighbor of Biltu comes to her uncle and informs that Doli and Biltu likes each other. Doli’s uncle then decides to arrange her marriage as soon as possible. He contacts his business friend and finalises the groom, who is one of his friend’s son. After listening this news, Biltu seeks for help from his friends. One of them eventually enters the house as a nurse (with false name Priyambada, played by Bhanu Bandyopadhyay) to take care of Doli and another friend is appointed as the house guard. Meanwhile, Doli’s uncle proposes Miss Priyambada. After have some hilarious incidents, Biltu weds Doli and lives happily together.
