When a glowing object which seems to be a meteor careens toward the Earth, a young student who sees it, is narrowly missed as it falls into the forest ahead of him. A couple of hours later, a young couple hears a noise in their basement and go down to see what it is. They are terrified and wrestled to the ground by a green monster known as the 'Galaxy Invader'. The alien is hunted by a gang of locals intent on cashing in on the creature.
An unscrupulous land developer, Big Jim Burns, ignores the protests of Native Americans as he violates their ancestral burial grounds. The local sheriff, Steve Evans, is caught in the middle of the conflict, as he is half Native American and half Caucasian. When one of Burns' construction crews unearths an ancient relic, they unleash a giant skeletal monster that proceeds to kill everyone in its path. Evans must deal with his rebellious daughter, unhelpful bureaucrats, and Johnny Black Hawk, a Native American who agitates for violence. After consulting with the local chief, Storm Cloud, Evans learns he must locate the relic and use it in ritual combat against the monster. Once the sheriff acquires the relic, Johnny Black Hawk attempts to take it from Evans and use it to get vengeance on the town; Evans is forced to kill him in self-defense. After donning war paint, Evans goes on to fight and ultimately defeat the Bone Eater.
Amir, the benevolent ruler of Kalid, is dying, but there is hope in transplanting his brain into another body. Freshly deceased, he is flown to the United States where Dr. Trenton, having unwisely put off body acquisition until the last minute, transplants Amir's brain into the body of the disfigured simpleton assistant who failed in said chore. Dr. Trenton has a few nefarious plot twists of his own in mind, and then there's the thing with the dwarf and the woman chained in the basement. It's up to Amir's friend Bob and wife Tracey to try to salvage this tale.

Detective Nitti (Tom Sizemore) plans to find Callan and his team before they do his job for him.
