In July 1890, Pinocchio and his friend Lampwick skip school to go to a carnival. While there, they watch a presentation by the carnival's leader, Madame Flambeau. She gives a man with one shorter leg some of her Elixir, and his leg grows to the length of the other one. The carnival's dwarf then leads Pinocchio and Lampwick to "The Hall of Freaks", a place with a clown that washes his face, an albino who can blow fire from his mouth, a large fish tank that have fish with human faces, a woman with a beard, and a fairy called "Blue" who only Pinocchio can see. They then return to Pinocchio's house and find his father Geppetto, who is very sick. Pinocchio and Lampwick then return to the carnival to each buy some of Madame Flambeau's Elixir. Felinet and Volpe, a human-cat and human-fox respectively, lead them to Madame Flambeau. They don't have enough money for the Elixir, so they agree to work for her in the carnival. Lampwick drinks his Elixir and returns home, and Pinocchio gives his Elixir to Geppetto.

In 2004, the puppets along with the formula are now in the ownership of Andre Toulon's great-grandnephew Robert Toulon and his daughter Alexandra. Robert and his daughter are both very brainy and very childlike and collect, fix and build dolls and puppets for a living. Ever since Robert inherited his great-grandfather's puppets he has been trying to create his own life force potion based on Toulon's diary entries using alcohol and blood (which according to Robert and Alex is sacred). One Christmas Eve, Alex and Robert finally figure out how to make the potion and bring the puppets to life. Toulon explains to the awakened puppets who he is and they are quick to accept their new master.

The movie The Toy talks about a little boy that’s trying to prove his father wrong by acting exactly like him. His father “buys” people and nothing can stop him from getting what he wants. His son does not see why he cannot do the same and decides to buy a man, who he encountered at the toy shop. The man he chose happened to be a journalist at his father’s newspaper. Gradually with the help of his “toy” the boy manages to prove his father’s wrong deeds by exposing them in the newspaper produced by him and his “toy”. Along this journey the boy establishes warm relationships with the man and refuses to stay with his father any longer. The message behind the story is that love matters more than money.

Lisa Piper (Drew Barrymore), an eleven-year-old girl from Cincinnati, Ohio, takes care of her siblings and cooks for her family. She has no time for toys, and refuses to be treated as a child. During a blizzard on Christmas Eve, Lisa is transported to Toyland. She arrives just before Mary Contrary (Jill Schoelen) is to be wedded to the unpleasant Barnaby Barnacle (Richard Mulligan), although Mary loves Barnaby's nephew, Jack Nimble (Keanu Reeves). Lisa stops the wedding and, with her new friends, finds out that Barnaby plans to take over Toyland. Lisa, Mary, Jack, and Georgie Porgie (Googy Gress) go to the kindly Toymaster (Pat Morita) for help, but he can only help them if Lisa really believes in toys. Barnaby confronts them and the Toymaster, finally showing his true colors, and steals a flask containing distilled evil that the Toymaster had been collecting, before leaving Lisa and company to be eaten by Trollog, a vulture-like monster with a single enchanted eye that Barnaby uses to spy on his enemies. They escape by blinding Trollog with paint and locking him in a chest, but are captured and imprisoned one by one in Barnaby's hidden fortress.

In an old Hollywood mansion, the spirit of a butler inhabits a grandfather clock. The butler provides the penurious teens and their leading lady, who lack the money to complete their film, with information leading them on a hunt in the mansion's dank, dark basement. Pour cela, Caligo veut que Scylla les empoisonne. Il envoie Murray, une anguille, pour lui donner une invitation afin qu'elle puisse entrer au bal. Scylla dit à Lumina qu'elle s'en va en ville pour vendre ses potions, mais elle oublie son invitation. Lumina découvre que Scylla est invitée au bal, mais sait que celle-ci ne peut entrer sans invitation. Lumina et Kuda décident alors de la lui apporter. Elles arrivent en ville et Lumina devient coiffeuse au Salon La Mer de Madame Ruckus. Le salon reçoit des invitations pour le bal : un rêve pour Lumina ! Au cours du bal, le plan de Caligo marche, mais Lumina utilise son pouvoir pour sauver le royaume. Elle découvre que ce pouvoir est un don royal, et que cela signifie qu'elle est la véritable princesse de Seagundia. Ses parents, le roi et la reine, l'accueillent dans sa nouvelle maison, le palais, avec Scylla et Kuda.

Mastro Geppetto is a poor carpenter with no wife and no children. The man sis institution very lonely, and when trading a piece of wood with his colleague Mastro Cherry, he decides to build a puppet that faces him company. The puppet is Pinocchio. On night comes the Fairy in the carpenter's shop to visit Pinocchio. The woman makes a deal with the puppet: if he behaves well, giving honor to the father, he will become a human being, otherwise he will remain a piece of wood. Pinocchio promises, and magically becomes a kid. But the temptations of life are many, and Pinocchio runs away from home, not going to school, like his father Geppetto wants, and he enters illegally in the company of puppets of the cruel Mangiafoco. Pinocchio, helped by the Fairy, tries to be kind and respectful, but by his brat character, he always brings himself in the midst of trouble.

Barbie incarne la princesse Courtney et se rend pour la première fois dans un camp de vacances pour les royautés, situé sur une île. Seulement, une erreur est survenue lors de l'inscription au Camp Royauté. Sur les listes des participants, le nom de Courtney a été échangé avec celui d'Erika Juno. Cette dernière est une jeune pop-star qui a décidé d'annuler sa tournée pour assister au Camp Pop et se faire des amis. Les deux jeunes filles se retrouvent dans le mauvais camp et demandent à en être changée. Mais c'est sans compter sur la rivalité entre Lady Anne, la directrice du Camp Royauté, et Finn Oxford, directeur du Camp Pop, qui a eue une relation avec cette dernière. Quand Lady Anne apprend qu'Erika est une personne connue et talentueuse, elle décide de l'utiliser à son avantage. Elle simule une panne du système informatique, ce qui bloque la procédure d'échange entre Courtney et Erika et propose un concours de chant entre les deux camps. Le perdant devra fermer ses portes. À la suite de cette décision, Courtney et Erika vont devoir s'intégrer dans un monde qui n'est pas le leur; et avec l'aide de leurs nouveaux amis, empêcher la fermeture d'un des deux camps.
