Kimi Watanabe Finster is a fictional character on the animated television series Rugrats and it's spin-off All Grown Up!. She is voiced by actress Dionne Quan and first appeared in Rugrats in Paris in 2000. She is the sister of Chuckie Finster ever since Mr. Finster adopted her; born into a Japanese family, she was the last character to be introduced to the Rugrats main character list when her mother, Kira, married Chas Finster, the father of Chuckie Finster, a regular character on the show. She later appeared in the series All Grown Up!. She appeared in the last two Rugrats films, but did not debut in the first.Best films

The film opens with a parody of The Godfather, at the wedding reception of Lou Pickles and his new wife, Lulu. A mother-child dance during the reception saddens Chuckie Finster, who realizes that he has lived most of his life without his mother, Melinda, who died of a sudden illness shortly after he was born. His father, Chas, shares Chuckie's loneliness.
