Appalaraju (Sunil) is a film lover and he watches films regularly at Rambha Theatre in Amalapuram in a critical way and wonders why the directors are bringing out such films and his life ambition is to direct a film better than all the established directors. He leaves for Hyderabad and stays in his friend"s (Satyam Rajesh) house, with his script titled Nayaki. His friend takes him to an audio release function, where he meets a producer called Rakhee (Raghu Babu). He and his creative head Pushpanand (Harshavardhan) read the script and suggest some changes. But Appalaraju does not agree to change even a single word in it. Then Rakhee suggests Appalaraju to convince the top heroine of the film industry Kanishka (Sakshi Gulati) as her nod would help them fetch financiers.

Venkat (Varun Sandesh) is care free guy, he is a smart youngster who looks for people around him who are in love, he blackmail to tell their family and takes money from the couples. He gets into a fight because he took money from a couple by blackmailing, there he sees a girl Madhumita (Vimala Raman) and it is love at first sight for Venkat. Meanwhile his grandma gets hurt and he takes her to a hospital, an old woman is admitted in the same room, later he finds out she is Madhumita's grandma (Rama Prabha). He gets an opportunity to impress her, he pretends to save her grandma and they both become good friends. Venkat's close friend (Adarsh) confesses him that he is in love with the daughter of Madhumita's father (Giri Babu). He thinks that his friend is going to be engaged to Madhumita. This prompts Venkat to play a spoilsport in the engagement ceremony, he tries to break the engagement and also succeeds in beaking the engagement. Soon after the engagement breaks he realised that his friend is in love with Madhumita's sister and was getting engaged to her. Venkat is shocked and is in a fixed situation as he can't tell the truth to Madhumita and her family as they would hate him after knowing the truth. He gets close to her family in meantime, also Madhumita falls in love with him. In temple she overhears Venkat's friend telling him that it was a good plan to break Adarsh and Madumita's sister's engagement. Venkat sees Madhumita and tries to explain to her that it was an misunderstanding but she was not ready to listen. Venkat then become a responsible person and joins his brother's office, he respects lovers and understands other's feeling. He also manages to get Adarsh and Madhumita's sister together in meantime. He then goes to Madhumita and explains to her and try to convince her that everything was a misunderstanding, he tells her that he is changed person and has got a good job for her. She understand's him and his feeling's, the film ends with Venkat and Madhumita getting together.

Arjun (Nani), an engineering college student longs for a bike. However, his father (Ahuti Prasad) does not fulfill his wish. Mahesh (Tanish) hailing from a middle-class family has two sisters. His father (Kasi Viswanath) is a retired man and his family survives on his pension. Mahesh wants to help his father and searches for a job. He gets a job in Kapil Chit Funds as a collection agent, but the manager puts a condition that Mahesh should have a two-wheeler. Mahesh's mother (Tulasi) sells off some silver articles and he purchases a biketo join for the job. One day, Mahesh's father suffers a stroke, and Mahesh loses his bike while bringing medicines. Though he lodges a police complaint it is of no avail. Mahesh goes jobless without the bike. One day Mahesh finds Arjun riding his bike and they fight with each other for the bike. Mahesh learns that Arjun has purchased the bike at chor bazaar after winning a bike race. They finally come to an understanding on the advice of a priest to use the bike to suit the convenience of each other by dividing the day. They keep their promise and use the bike judiciously.

Vinyas (Santhosh) working as an architect is shown a pink-slip from his employer due to the huge recession in economy. With the help of his friend Hanumanthu (Sharan), Vinyas sets up his own office and hires a brilliant interior architect Drushti (Aindrita). The team make some high profile work and get popular within few days. Meanwhile, he develops love towards Drushti to which she rejects as she already was in love with Jeevan (Aadarsh). Seeing the developments, Drushti quits the company and moves out with Jeevan and sets up her own business. Dejected by love, Vinyas begin to lose interest in his business and incurs huge loss. Later, he comes back to reality and revamps his business to get success again. In one of the architectural conferences, he meets Drushti and Jeevan again doing well for themselves and getting 2nd place at the competition. As a courtesy, Vinyas rejects his first prize and stages the sequence as to award Drushti the prize in his place. He walks out in deep satisfaction that he sacrificed with good intention.

Karthik (Krishnudu), a soft, ever-happy kind of guy, comes to Hyderabad for a job interview at Hi-Rise, an ad agency. He gets selected, and in the office the next day, he sees Kalpana (Sonia) and likes her. Her parents, who leave to USA to visiting her brother's family (Mahesh & Aparna), initiate a matrimonial alliance for Kalpana with Rajeev (Samrat). Kalpana meets Rajeev and they both observe that they have a lot of tastes in common. Meanwhile, another thread of a budding relation is seen between Karthik's friend Altaf (Suryatej) and Kalpana's friend Sandhya a.k.a. Sandy (Poonam Kaur). At about the same time that Kalpana realizes Rajeev is not for her, she gets closer to Karthik but the hell gets loose suddenly due to a petty altercation between Altaf and Sandy. Eventually, Karthik and Kalpana lose even the friendly relation they have. What's the big fat love story then and how it evolves forms the rest of the story.
