The story starts in a small town Sonapur. Shankar (Manoj Bajpai) is a local Goldsmith making jewelry. Shankar is in love with his next-door neighbor Suvarnalata (Sonu, Aarti Chabria) who loves him too. But her father Daya Shastri (Dilip Prabhavalkar) is opposed to their relationship. Shankar and Suvarnalata always meet after Suvarnalata computer class. He gave her father some earrings. The father and mother (Lakshmi) call a pandit (Aatmaram) and asks for a rich boy from Dubai. The pandit is Shankar's friend and he asks Sonu if she is ready to marry Shankar.

The story focuses on Steven (Sunil Shetty) and his wife Nancy (Aarti Chabria) who currently live with Steven's mother and plan to purchase their own flat soon. Surprised, Steven tells Brian this. Andrew blackmails them and demands money to keep this a secret. By this time, Steven's crazy family arrive. This film is the story of one mad and hilarious day at a funeral and how things get from normal to mayhem in just a few hours.

Mumbai-based collegian-slackers Sid(Arshad Warsi), John (Aashish Chaudhary) and Amit(Yash Tonk) do graduate after several years, are unable to find employment, and form a Punjabi Rock Band with the help of a gangster, Munnabhai(Ashish Vidhyarthi). Soon enters the scene Sapna'a fiancé Arjun Singh (Sunny Deol) who turns out to be none other than an A.C.P. in Mumbai. As a part of his assignment he had been on lookout for Sudama that leads him to London. And in London he has only one clue that could take him to his destination - Ammu! Unfortunately the clue herself is gone missing. He makes all possible attempts to find her but reaches a dead end. He can't find Ammu...and he doesn't have anyone else for help. He has to do everything all alone. The war is ON...and now the world would see the good win over evil. Because now Arjun just doesn't have to fight criminals...he also has to fight technology.

Bhavana constantly uses religion as an excuse to not be intimate with her husband, Diya aspires to be an actress for Mr.Y (Rajpal Yadav), and Sonia is a lawyer who is obsessed with doing cases with her partner H.S Gulati (Ali Asgar). the three men try to commit suicide as Veer tries to hang himself on a tree but falls, Aryan drinks expired rat poison and Raj wishes he was run over by a train but their suicide plan does not work until they also meet Kothari (Satish Shah) who is also trying to commit suicide because he had three companyies that have broken down. The three men get a job as Kothari hires them to work for him. Soon the three men come across Kothari's daughters: Madhuri (Riya Sen), Rekha (Aarti Chhabria) and Dimple (Sophie Choudry). It is not long before they are tempted by them. Unfortunately for them Lucky Bhai (Sanjay Dutt) is out to make their life hell and expose them to their unassuming wives. The three men sign a contract as the three beauties have been deceived and that their wives are disappointed at them. Once again the three friends commit suicide by standing on top of a ladder but are left hanging when Kothari tries to cut the ladder with a chainsaw. their wives come but are left hanging to as Lucky Bhai saves them but Raj falls into a lump of dust and junk, Aryan falls through wires and electricity and Kothari and Veer falls into a dog van with a broken arm along with Kothari who falls onto a cement packet. Injured, Veer,Raj and Aryan apoligize to Lucky Bhai as he feels awkward about saving people but has trust in them.

When a major shareholder of GA Advertising wants this firm to advertise a milk-based product, he expects the Manager, Patwardhan, and his staff to come up with a fresh innocent face. A hapless Patwardhan cannot think of anyone more fresh nor innocent looking that his Book-keeper, Chandraprakash Sharma, who immediately agrees to his boss's request.
