Agnes 'Brownie' Vernon (December 27, 1895 – February 21, 1948) was an American actress of the silent era. She appeared in 90 films between 1914 and 1921. She made a number of films in Australia, having been brought out there by Snowy Baker and E.J. Carroll.

She was born in La Grande, Oregon and died in San Diego, California.

Manners decides to take Iwa (now played by Stella Southern) back to Sydney, Australia, but doesn't tell her that he is her father.

On the stud farm of Kangarooie, squatter's daughter Bobbie wants her weak brother Richard to come home for her birthday, but her prefers the charms of the city, in particular the high society adventuress, Mrs Fane.
