Althea Currier was born in 1941 in Baileyville, Maine, and moved to Southern California in the late 1950s. She was an American glamour model and actress, noted for her large-breasted figure, who appeared in a number of erotic nudie-cuties and sexploitation B grade films in the 1960s.
After moving to Los Angeles, she worked as a dance instructor for Arthur Murray studios and became involved in the entertainment field from there. She appeared in a number of low-budget B-movies movies in the early 1960s, making her debut in 1961 in Russ Meyer's Erotica, reportedly chosen by him because of her large breasts.
In 1965, Currier worked as an exotic dancer in Chuck Landis' Largo Strip Club in Los Angeles. This led to Currier becoming involved in glamour/nude modeling and appearances in many men's magazines of the time, including Mosaic, Modern Man, Adam, Scamp, All Man, Man's Life, etc. She was also featured in Adam magazine's 1964 full-color calendar. Currier wrote an advice column title 'Ask Althea' in Adam magazine from 1964 to 1967, and appeared in occasional layouts in the magazine.
Currier appeared in films directed by Russ Meyer and Peter Perry and producers such as Dan Sonney and Harry Novak.
Currier retired from entertainment towards the end of the 1960s to raise a family.

The plot involves an alien, Sterilox, from the "Buttless" galaxy being sent to Earth in order to find the perfect woman who will be used to create a race of servants. Un type pas très engageant et totalement obnubilé par la plastique avantageuse des femmes qu'il est amené à côtoyer au quotidien. Assistante dentaire, secrétaire, serveuse, elles ont toutes un point commun : une énorme poitrine. Il déambule à la manière d'un Jacques Tati du nichon. Car M. Teas ne fait pas que livrer aux dentistes des prothèses dentaires mais rêve beaucoup de ces jeunes femmes que sa timidité et son physique peu avantageux empêche d'aborder. Un jour qu'il a mal aux dents, M. Teas s'installe sur le fauteuil du dentiste, lequel lui injecte un anesthésiant qui va avoir un effet inattendu et surtout, prolongé. En effet, notre héros va, par vagues, avoir des visions. Ces femmes qu'il a loisir d'imaginer à demi-nue vont cette fois-ci réellement se présenter devant lui, entièrement déshabillées.
