Ankie Beilke est née en 1980 à Düsseldorf, elle est la fille de l'actrice chinoise Ankie Lau. Déjà tôt, elle marche dans les pas de sa mère et se trouve à l'âge de cinq ans pour la première fois devant les caméras. Plus tard elle prend des cours dans différentes écoles comme le Lee Strasberg Theatre et Film Institute, la Fashion Institute of Technology à New York City et Santa Monica College. While Grace Wong is driving her vehicle, her car is knocked down by another vehicle and she is abducted from the scene.
