Born on 28 February 1921 in Paterna, province of Valencia, after the Civil War he was a teacher since he began his studies in teaching, although his true passion would be the theatre His first role on stage was in Oedipus, co-starring with Francisco Rabal in 1950. In his younger days highlighted in several films. Years later was one of the great protagonists of Spanish cinema. Known for playing Chanquete in the television series Verano azul in 1981. He died on 16 October 2000 in Valencia Chiron hospital at 79 years old. Ten years after his death, on 15 October 2010, his home town, Paterna, paid homage to a documentary of his life in the theater that bears his name.Best films

It is the year 1981, the famous writer Antonio Albajara (Antonio Ferrandis) arrives at Gijón, his hometown, from Stockholm, where he has just received the Nobel Prize in Literature. For forty years, Albajara has been a professor of medieval literature at the University of Berkeley, California. He has alternated his teaching with the literary production that has given him worldwide fame. In Gijón, Antonio is reunited with Elena, his first and great love, before he was forced to his exile in 1937 Civil War. However, this visit is not definitive because a serious and deadly disease affects the writer.

The movie begins with Tobi and his parents, Jacinto and María López, at a picnic. Back home, Tobi starts to feel a strange itch on his back, and he is subsequently taken to the hospital for further evaluation. The next day, the doctor escorts Tobi's parents to the hospital to see him, where they learn that a pair of wings grew out of the two itchy spots on Tobi's back. At this point, the hospital does not let Tobi and his parents interact, but his parents are able to see him through a one way window with Tobi not being aware that he is being watched. Tobi’s parents are taken to the doctor's office to discuss the rare condition, where the doctors can't explain why Tobi grew a pair of wings. Jacinto becomes concerned about his son’s future and what he will face in society, so he asks the doctors to surgically remove the wings. After arguing with the professor and doctor, María grows upset, expressing that she wants her son back with or without his wings, because she loves him either way. Eventually, the parents go home without Tobi.

Pierre Losseray is a surgeon at the public hospital in a small provincial town. He has recently suffered a heart attack but has returned to work. He is appreciated by his patients, and is being hassled by Old Brézé, the owner of a nearby medical clinic, who is losing clients and cannot stand competition. In league with his sons and son-in-law, Brézé uses insinuations close to blackmail.
