Charles Baker (born February 27, 1971) is an American film, television, theatre, voice actor, writer and director. He is best known for playing Skinny Pete on the hit AMC show Breaking Bad and since early 2014 has had a recurring role on the NBC television series The Blacklist.

Neil (Ben Affleck) is an American traveling in Europe who in Paris meets and falls in love with Marina (Olga Kurylenko), a Ukrainian divorcée who is living with her 10-year-old daughter Tatiana (Tatiana Chiline). Basking in their new romance, the lovers travel to Mont St. Michel, the island abbey off the coast of Normandy. The film opens on a sleepy gas station, where the slack-jawed pump attendant (Charles Baker) is attacked by a seemingly rabid animal. Through a series of glimpses the attendant's body begins to contort after the attack. Meanwhile, a young couple, Seth Belzer (Paulo Costanzo) and Polly Watt (Jill Wagner), retreat to the wilderness for a romantic camping trip in the ancient forests of Oklahoma, but their plans are shattered when they are car-jacked by an escaped convict, Dennis Farell (Shea Whigham), and his drug-addict girlfriend, Lacey Belisle (Rachel Kerbs). As the foursome travel the back roads together, they get a flat tire when they run over a small splinter infected animal on the road. Finding shelter at the now abandoned gas station, they fend off larger incarnations of a parasite as it infects more victims.

Ranger Captain Walker and Rangers Francis Gage and Rhett Harper are involved in a shooting at a bank where a group of robbers hijack the operators. The criminals go to the kid's house where they kill his father. The boy manages to escape, but the criminals remit to look for work. Jimmy has to leave for a family vacation and away from the group, while Gage is following the case of the boy, helped by the Ranger Kay Austin. As if that were not enough a girl with whom he had an appointment Ranger Harper is killed and all evidence leads to Ranger Harper.
