Chelan Simmons (born October 29, 1982) is a Canadian actress and former professional model, best known for her roles in the films Good Luck Chuck, Final Destination 3 and Tucker & Dale vs Evil. Simmons is also well known for her work in television, portraying recurring character Hillary in the ABC Family show Kyle XY for three seasons, and for her series regular role during the first season of The L.A. Complex.

Biography

Simmons was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, the middle child of three (one younger brother and an older sister).

Simmons met actor Chris Harrison on the set of Monster Island in 2004, and soon began dating. Harrison proposed on July 28, 2008 and the couple married on Sept. 6, 2009. Actress Crystal Lowe was a bridesmaid at the wedding. Together they owned a CrossFit gym. They divorced at a later date. She is set to remarry in 2015. Simmons resides in Vancouver and L.A. Simmons has two dogs, a yorki named Talula, and an adopted rescue puppy named Tibby. Simmons cites cooking as her other passion away from acting.
