Cozi Zuehlsdorff (born August 3, 1998) is an American actress and singer known for her role as Hazel Haskett in the movie Dolphin Tale (2011) and the sequel, Dolphin Tale 2 (2014). She also appears in Mighty Med as Jordan. In November 2014, she released her debut EP, Originals.
She then worked in TV and film. After a few commercials, she portrayed Hazel Hasket in Dolphin Tale and its sequel Dolphin Tale 2. For that role she was nominated for a Young Artist Award in 2012.

Biography
Cozi began her acting career at age 8 at a local theater in the play Annie. She also acted in The Wizard of Oz, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Peter Pan, and The Sound of Music.She then worked in TV and film. After a few commercials, she portrayed Hazel Hasket in Dolphin Tale and its sequel Dolphin Tale 2. For that role she was nominated for a Young Artist Award in 2012.
