Davida Brittany Williams (born September 5, 1986) is an American actress, singer, and photographer. She is best known for her role as Claire Miller in "Lizzie McGuire".
Williams has appeared in a wide variety of television series including The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Degrassi: The Next Generation and Quintuplets. In 2004, she played Lauren in the film Raise Your Voice which reunited her with her former Co-Star Hilary Duff. She also modeled as Galleria Garibaldi for the final covers of The Cheetah Girls book series, when Mia Lee left to tour with her singing group. She was to co-star in the upcoming Disney Channel series J.O.N.A.S.. Davida was in a girl group TG4 assembled by Chris Stokes and was signed to T.U.G Entertainment , where Stokes served as their manager. Davida fell in line after a series of successful auditions. David left the group to pursue her acting career after unsuccessful chart sales which led the group to part ways.
It was announced in 2008 that Williams would be joining the cast of As the World Turns as Jade Taylor, replacing Elena Goode, when Goode left the show in 2007. Williams made her debut on ATWT, December 12, 2008.

It's the final week of senior year at American High School and Gwen Adams (Murray) considers divorcing her new husband Holden Adams (Torriero), whom she married because her rival Hilary Weiss (O'Day) is also trying to be his girlfriend. She faces the problems created by Hilary's plot to become Prom Queen and decides to run for Prom Queen herself. The married couple are caught having sex by Principal Mann (Klebba). The principal faces forced resignation and hatches a plan with Gwen, another teacher and some other students, to get her job back from Ms. Apple (Ziering). She is later crowned Prom Queen (albeit by shredding Hilary's votes earlier), she dumps her husband and decides she is leaving town and so is now finally free of Hilary. As the film ends, Hilary is shown getting rejected by the male students because of her promiscuous behaviour.

Terri Fletcher (Hilary Duff) is a teenager with a passion for singing and dreams of becoming a professional singer. Her father Simon (David Keith), a second-generation restaurateur, disapproves of Terri's plans, stating that being a singer may not be a worthwhile life choice. In reality, his opposition stems from resentment; Simon turned down a similar scholarship to run his parents' restaurant when they became ill; he is intimidated by the thought of his daughter flourishing where he couldn't bring himself to try. Terri is very close to her elder brother Paul (Jason Ritter) who fully supports her dream, despite what their dad says. At Paul's graduation-day barbecue, he has a fight with Simon...who, in the heat of it, grounds his son. Terri sneaks Paul out of the house to attend a Three Days Grace concert.

Andrew (Jase Blankfort) and his older brother Carl (Trey Rogers) enjoy listening to ghost stories that the local undertaker, Mr. Bennett (Frank Langella), tells them. One night Bennett tells the tale of a local farmer whose wife gave birth to conjoined twins, one being good-natured while the other was clearly evil. The farmer, ashamed of them, kept the twins locked in their room. Eventually the twins got sick from a liver disease and died together, so the farmer sawed them in half and buried the good twin in a cemetery and the bad twin in a shallow grave near the house, at the end of an old dirt road called Cry Baby Lane, as whoever is caught out there at night will hear the cries of the deceased twin. Later, Andrew, Carl, and a group of friends decide to hold a séance in the cemetery where the good twin is buried, but soon after the seance, a creepy phenomenon occurs around the town. When Andrew consults Mr. Bennett about it, he confesses that when the twins were separated, the farmer mixed up the twins and tossed the good one in the field and that the good twin is crying for help, not vengeance, and the bad twin possesses nearly everyone in town, and it is up to Andrew to stop him.
