Dion Basco (born January 29, 1977 in Pittsburg, California) is an American film and television actor of Filipino heritage. His brothers, Dante, Darion and Derek Basco are also actors.
He is best known for his roles as Alberto "Al" Ramos on the NBC Saturday morning sitcom, City Guys and as Flip in the 2003 film, Biker Boyz. Basco also played Marco Quito in the 1996 film Race the Sun, starring Halle Berry. His other credits include Biker Boyz alongside older brother Dante, and The Debut alongside remaining family members Derek, Darion and Arianna.

The story is set during the Great Depression, specifically around the time of the 1933 Long Beach earthquake. Camilla (Salma Hayek) is a fiery, beautiful Mexican café waitress who aspires one day to be above her current standing in society, to make something of herself, to give her and her future children a place and chance in the world. Farrell's character is portrayed as a struggling writer who comes to Los Angeles's Bunker Hill area to start his writing career. Though he falls in love with Camilla, he does not marry her. Later, Camilla is infected by tuberculosis and leaves Arturo without informing him. When Arturo finds her, she is about to die and he promises to marry her, but Camilla dies and Arturo writes a novel dedicated to Camilla. Arturo writes a dedication in one of his books to her and throws it into the sand.

Dante Basco (Biker Boyz, Hook) plays Ben Mercado, a talented high school senior who enrolls in a prestigious arts institute in order to realize his dreams of becoming an artist. However, his plans come into conflict with those of his strict immigrant father Roland (Tirso Cruz III), a postal worker intent on seeing Ben become a doctor. However, it is at the party where everything starts to change for Ben. The celebration emerges as a cultural stew of old world traditions and contemporary urban lifestyle, challenging Ben’s sense of misplaced identity, his choice of friends, even the way he regards his father.
