Dolunay Soysert was born in Adana. She graduated in Archeology and Art History from Istanbul University. After studying Theatre at Müjdat Gezen Art Center, she worked at the Istanbul City Theatre for four years. Additionally, she spent four years in the USA at the Sally Johnson Studio.Soysert is married to actor Sinan Tuzcu.
