He has produced such films as The Mighty, Yesterday, The Boondock Saints, Good Will Hunting and Chicago which won an Academy award in 2005 for Best Picture. He recently produced the film 45 R.P.M. He has also produced the video game to movie adaptions Resident Evil: Apocalypse, Silent Hill.

Biography
Il naît aux États-Unis mais grandit à Montréal où son père travaille comme avocat d'affaires. Il commence sa carrière comme chauffeur de Julie Christie en 1971, puis travaille comme assistant de production et régisseur général avant de devenir vice-président chargé de la production chez Cinéplex. Doug Glatt (Seann William Scott), a bouncer at a bar in Massachusetts, feels ostracized from his adoptive Jewish family, because his father, Dr. Glatt (Eugene Levy) and brother are both successful physicians. Doug attends a minor league hockey game with his best friend Pat (Jay Baruchel). Pat taunts the visiting team during a fight and one of their players climbs into the stands, calling him a homosexual slur. Doug, whose brother is gay, steps in and easily beats up the opposing player. Soon after, Doug gets a phone call from the coach of his hometown team who offers him a job as an enforcer.

The Irish American fraternal twin brothers, Connor and Murphy MacManus, attend a Catholic Mass, where the priest mentions the fate of Kitty Genovese. Later, while celebrating St. Patrick's Day with friends, the two get into a bar brawl with three Russian mobsters who want to close the pub and take over the land it is built on. The two brothers try to reason with the mobsters, but they respond with violence, only to be quickly and embarrassingly dispatched by the brothers and other patrons of the bar. The next morning, two of the Russians seek revenge on Connor and Murphy, who kill the mobsters in an act of self-defense.

In this installment of the series Jack Kelly tries to exterminate a major drug cartel after one of the students he is training in the martial arts dies of a suspected drug overdose. Kelly immediately leaps into action by uncovering a cache of weapons he saved from his marine days, and busting into a drug stronghold, guns blazing. Alas, after this battle he is arrested but saved from jail by the quick thinking of his lawyer, who gets him into an insane asylum. Here he will meet many "crazy" characters who will both assist and hinder his quest for justice. After escaping, Kelly continues his fight and eventually discovers that the drugs are laced with rat poison. After some more fighting he uses the drugs to kill the top men of the drug operation.

Unfortunately these have been accidentally damaged. He also monitors their activities from a surveillance cabin.
