Eugene Lipinski (born 5 November 1956) is a British actor and screenwriter. He was born in Wansford Camp, Cambridgeshire and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. He began acting at the age of twelve in amateur theater. After graduating from the University of Regina, he returned to the UK and attended the Royal Academy of Arts as well as the Drama Studio London.
He is well-known TV series such as Animorphs as Visser Three, Fringe as December and Da Vinci's City Hall and Da Vinci's Inquest as Lloyd Manning.
As the screenwriter, in 1991, he won Genie Awards for Best Screenplay in the 12th Genie Awards on Perfectly Normal.

It begins with a soliloquy by Crunch Calhoun as he begins his seven-year prison sentence, courtesy of his brother, Nicky Calhoun. A flashback reveals the heist involving the two men that had gone wrong, resulting in Nicky's capture and subsequent betrayal of Crunch. Once released, Crunch works as a motorcycle stunt performer/daredevil alongside girlfriend Lola and an apprentice, Francie. Meanwhile, Nicky steals a painting by Georges Seurat with the help of a partner whom he later double crosses. The partner seeks out and threatens Crunch to get information on Nicky's whereabouts. Shortly afterwards, Crunch informs an old colleague of his, 'Uncle' Paddy, that he's ready to work again. At Paddy's place, he and Francie run into Nicky.

Sammy Smalls, a 21-year-old tomboy, works as a grocery store detective at Big Apple Food Town. This movie is the story about Annie Sullivan, (Alison Elliott), and her efforts in working with a young sullen Helen Keller (Hallie Kate Eisenberg). The movie focuses on Annie’s struggle to draw Helen, a blind, deaf and mute girl out of her world of darkness and silence. Helen has been unable to communicate with her family except through physical temper tantrums since a childhood illness took her three senses from her at the age of 19 months old. She is allowed to eat with her hands, knock over or break anything and basically do whatever else she desires. All of this while being looked at with pity by her family. Her family loves her but they are all convinced she is a dumb, soft-brained child with the intelligence of an animal who will never learn anything. She is barely pacified with candy when she throws a tantrum and is headed toward institutionalization in a sanitarium when Annie Sullivan enters her life as Helen’s parents' last-ditch effort to avoid the inevitable.
