Adam West and Burt Ward go in search of the Batmobile after it is stolen, and along the way find themselves forced to consult their memories to decipher clues left by the criminals, evidently people they had known from filming the Batman television series. Memories include affairs, one of which led to Burt being chased by a knife-bearing lover, medicine Burt was forced to take so his genitals would not be so visible in his tights, and Adam meeting the actress who played Batgirl (Yvonne Craig) and accidentally placing a hand on her breast during filming. As it turns out, the villains who stole the Batmobile were the actors who once played the Riddler (Frank Gorshin) and Catwoman (Julie Newmar).

Manna From Heaven is a comedic fable about what happens when you get a gift from God (a financial windfall), but many years later you find out it was a just a loan and it's due immediately. Once upon a time, many years ago, a neighborhood in Buffalo, NY is mysteriously showered with 20 dollar bills. Theresa, a young girl who everyone thinks is a saint, doesn't have much trouble convincing her loose-knit "family" that the money is a gift from Heaven. Years later, Theresa, who has become a nun, has an epiphany that it is time to pay the money back, so she calls the eccentric group together to repay the "loan." The problem is, nobody wants to give back the money, nobody has the money, they don't know to whom it belongs, and most of them can't stand each other. Along the way, the characters learn about family, romance, reconciliation and redemption, and by working together they begin to realize their full potential.

The movie takes place a few years after the events of the second film and the event at the mountains. The Newton family is on a cross country vacation in the USA to join a Newton family reunion in California, and in an unexplained move, Beethoven must travel there with George's brother Richard (Judge Reinhold) and his family of a nagging wife Beth (Julia Sweeney) and two bratty kids Sara (Michaela Gallo) and Brennan (Joe Pichler) as they hit the road to California in a huge, shiny and expensive RV, equipped with a DVD player. Following them are two bumbling criminals who have hidden some secret codes on a DVD that they figure no one in the world will buy (The Shakiest Gun in the West), but someone does: Richard. So now they've got a DVD holding top secret information and the criminals must get it back. They are not only in trouble with the criminals but with Beethoven also. But after he saves Sara from the criminals the family becomes very sad knowing they have to give him back. After they get to California they find out from Richard's Uncle Morrie that George, Alice, and the kids will not be coming because of business reasons in Botswana which means they need to extend their visit for another year and will have to watch Beethoven longer which made everyone happy.

A newly released prisoner, Peter Glahn, returns home to the land of Mandragora, where the sun never sets. Aboard the ship, Glahn has a romantic encounter with Juliana Kossel, then proceeds to the family ostrich farm, which is run by his sister Amelia. Jefferson Reed (Robert Townsend) is a mild mannered school teacher in Washington D.C. His neighborhood is terrorized by a local gang called The Golden Lords led by Simon Caine (Roy Fegan) and allied with drug lord Anthony Byers (Frank Gorshin). One night, Jeff steps in to rescue a woman from the gang only to end up running from them himself. Hiding in a garbage dumpster, he manages to escape. A doctor and a mortician team up to do re-animation experiments on corpses using money borrowed from the mafia.
