Gorō Naya (納谷悟朗, Naya Gorō, born November 17, 1929 – March 5, 2013) was a Japanese actor, voice actor, narrator and theatre director from Hakodate, Hokkaidō. He was a drop-out of the legal education division of Ritsumeikan University. He was connected to Theatre Echo. He was the older brother of actor and voice actor Rokurō Naya. He was the husband of actress and voice actress Kachiko Hino. He is best known for providing the voice of Inspector Kōichi Zenigata in the Lupin III franchise and for dubbing over the voices of actors Clark Gable, Charlton Heston and John Wayne in the Japanese-language editions of their films. He died on March 5, 2013 due to chronic respiratory failure. He was 83 at the time of his death. He left his wife Kachiko Hino behind.

On April 1, 2011, Kamen Rider OOO finds himself battling three Mole Imagin, unaware they are Imagin until Ankh arrives to confirm that the monsters are not Yummies. The three Imagin see a boy and jump into him to escape into time before the DenLiner suddenly appears. Kotaro Nogami and Teddy emerge from the train to pinpoint the Mole Imagin's destination to be November 11, 1971, confused on how the boy's memories exceed that far in time. When Ankh demands answers, Teddy explains who he and Eiji Hino are to Kotaro, who then introduces himself while explaining their mission to deal with the rogue Imagin who would disrupt the flow of time. Ankh has Eiji join him in getting on the DenLiner as it goes back in time, warned by the DenLiner's Owner to stay on the train so not to disrupt time.

Two years after the events of Kamen Rider the First, a strange series of bizarre murders occur with the victims mutilated in a most gruesome fashion while pop star Chiharu's "Platinum Smile" is being played, becoming an urban legend. In alternate moment of the series timeline, set in the near future, Smart Brain has accomplished its goal of world domination — with 90% of Earth's population being Orphnochs while the human race had diminished to near-extinction. Takumi Inui, the user of the Faiz Gear, was regarded as mankind's savior until he was presumed killed during an attack by Smart Brain's Riotroopers. Since then, his friend Mari Sonoda has formed a human resistance group that have staged attacks on Smart Brain's headquarters in an attempt to steal the top-secret "Emperor Belts," but to no avail. The Orphnochs Yuji Kiba, Naoya Kaido and Yuka Osada wish to see both Orphnochs and humans co-exist in peace, but they are not taken kindly by the humans while Smart Brain chief Kyoji Murakami (who is now reduced to a head in a water tank) reminds them that humans no longer have a place on Earth. Murakami then discloses the existence of the Emperor Belts by introducing the Orphnoch Leo, who changes into the powerful Kamen Rider Psyga.
