Hawley Pratt (June 9, 1911—March 2, 1999) was an American film director, animator, and illustrator. He is best known for his work during the heyday of Warner Bros. Cartoons and as the right-hand man of director Friz Freleng as a layout artist and later as a director. Pratt also worked for Walt Disney Studios, Filmation, and DePatie-Freleng Enterprises where he co-created The Pink Panther.

Yogi and his little pal, Boo Boo, are usually hibernating during the Christmas season, but this year they are awakened when Huckleberry Hound, Snagglepuss, Augie Doggie and Doggie Daddy come to Jellystone Lodge for the holiday. They are joined by Ranger Smith, hotel manager Mr. Dingwell, Otto the chef, and lodge owner Sophie Throckmorton and her spoiled brat of a nephew, Snively. The gang is obsessed with keeping Mrs. Throckmorton happy to keep her from closing down the lodge, which has become unpopular due to activity caused by Herman the Hermit, a grumpy Christmas-hating hermit who just wants to be left alone.

Sur le site de construction d'un bâtiment qu'un petit homme peint, la Panthère rose décide d'utiliser une couleur rose pour peindre les murs mais quand le petit homme s'aperçoit de la catastrophe créée par l'animal, il décide de remettre la couleur d'origine. The Pink Panther and an unnamed painter (known as the "Little Man") compete over whether a house should be painted blue or pink. Each time the painter attempts to paint something blue, the panther thwarts him in a new way, and paints the object/area pink. At the end, the exasperated painter inadvertently turns the house and everything around it pink (first by repeatedly shooting at the elusive panther with a shotgun that the panther had poured pink paint into, and then by burying the panther's pink paint cans in the soil outside the house, where they "sprout"), and the panther moves in. But just before he moves in, he paints the white man completely pink. The painter gets upset and bangs his head against the mailbox outside. The Pink Panther then walks into the house as the sun (also turned pink) sets.

Dans une contrée lointaine, Sam, le terrible viking, commence à envahir le territoire. Bugs le défie en l'évacuant du château. Le lapin dessine une fausse porte sur laquelle Sam s'écrase avec son éléphant. Ce dernier projette maladroitement une pierre sur Sam après que Bugs lui ait mis du poivre dans la trompe. Le viking tente de s'emparer du château lorsque le pont-levis est abaissé, mais le poids de l'éléphant les fait chuter. Après avoir chassé son éléphant, Sam tente de creuser un tunnel sous la tour, mais se fait écraser par cette dernière. Sam finit par faire exploser le pont-levis et se fait pourchasser par son éléphant, qui a sympathisé avec Bugs.
