Henry Oswald Simmons, Jr. (born July 1, 1970) is an American actor. He is known for playing Detective Baldwin Jones on the ABC police drama, NYPD Blue, from 2000-2005, and as on Agent Alphonso "Mack" MacKenzie on ABC's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D..
