Marcus Nang (Will Yun Lee), an ace hitman in the underworld was summoned to meet with three professional colleagues in a luxury hotel suite after completing a recent contract. The first to arrive are Cordelia Leigh (Mercedes Renard) and Chase (Oliver Williams). The sexy Cordelia is Marcus’s ex-girlfriend and an equally deadly killer. Sur le marché de la drogue de Hong Kong, le revendeur Jizo (Louis Koo) commence progressivement une collaboration avec certains seigneurs de la drogue mexicains de l’autre côté de la frontière. De son côté, Yu Shun-tin (Andy Lau), un ancien membre des triades devenu philanthrope et magnat de la finance, qui fut témoin de la consommation de drogue de son père pendant son enfance et dont le fils est mort du même fléau, abhorre la drogue qu'il considère comme le mal absolu. Par conséquent, il offre une prime de 100 millions HK$ pour éliminer le principal trafiquant de drogue de Hong Kong, ce qui provoque une agitation dans la société. Le surintendant principal Lam Ching-fung (Michael Miu) a l'intention d'arrêter Jizo, mais est maintenant responsable de sa protection à cause de la prime. Struggling movie producer To Wai-cheung (Chapman To) is hardly able to make alimony payments to his ex-wife (Kristal Tin), and yet his daughter Jacqueline hopes to one day sees him being interviewed by TVB so she can show her schoolmates her father is a real movie producer. In order to fulfill his daughter's dream, through his best buddy Lui (Simon Lui) he meets Tyrannosaurus (Ronald Cheng), a Guangxi based triad head and a movie investor with a peculiar taste. Tyrannosaurus takes the duo out to a dinner full of weird dishes. He wants a remake of his favorite film, the 1976 Shaw Brothers sex scorcher Confession of a Concubine, to be renamed as Confessions of Two Concubines, but only if Siu Yam-yam reprises her original starring role. As Siu Yam-yam is unwilling to act naked at her present age, To has to hire Popping Candy (Dada Chen), with whom he has oral sex, as her body double. Worse still, To and Liu, who refuse to eat the dishes before them, are told by Tyrannosaurus that the deal can be sealed only if they have sex with a mule.

A conceited Ming dynasty scholar, Weiyangsheng, believes that since life is short, one should pursue the ultimate sexual pleasure as time permits. In the 1970s on the Binlusai islands, a young mother is killed when she was running with her son from an evil presence in an abandoned Roman Catholic leper colony. In the present day, a group of four young men and women are travelling to the island to take part in a survival game run by TV channel Search Planet headed by Chen Jiadong (Philip Keung). Also on the boat is the television presenter Stanley (Jessica Xu) and cameraman Ken (Shaun Tam). The eight people have been split into four pairs where they are given a map which leads to a flag; their aim is to survive without any supplies, and the winning duo gets a grand prize of one-million dollars. As they approach the island, their ship is attacked by something unknown under the water and most of their luggage is lost. Shen Yilin (Yang Mi) has preserved her map which she gives to her partner Peng Fei (Jordan Chan). The group is immediately attacked by wild boars. One of the boars is killed by Japanese competitor Ono Hiroshi (Hayama Hiro) with his hunting knife. That night they stumble across the remains of the leper colony, where a message written in Chinese on a stained-glass window in the chapel states that they will be killed. Funeral urns appear with each of their names written on them.
