Hiroshi Kamiya (神谷 浩史, Kamiya Hiroshi, born January 28, 1975 in Matsudo, Chiba) is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with Aoni Production. He is best known for being the voice of Takashi Natsume from Natsume Yūjin Chō, Akashi Seijuro from Kuroko's Basketball, Yuzuru Otonashi from Angel Beats!, Nozomu Itoshiki from Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei, Koyomi Araragi from the Monogatari series, Levi from Attack on Titan, Sōma from Working!!, Izaya from Durarara!!, Trafalgar Law from One Piece, Tieria Erde from Mobile Suit Gundam 00 and Yato from Noragami. He won "Best Lead Actor" and "Best Personality" at the Third Seiyu Awards, and "Best Supporting Actor" at the Second Seiyu Awards. He hosts radio show Dear Girl Stories along with voice actor Daisuke Ono.

Biography
En 3e année de lycée, il adhère au club de théâtre qu'un ami a formé et gagne un prix pour sa performance lors d'un concours. Il se destine ensuite au métier de comédien et rejoint Aoni Juku (青二塾), actuel Aoni Production.Il a remporté les prix suivants :

Four years (2116AD) after the death of Shogo Makishima and the disappearance of Shinya Kōgami, the Japanese government has begun to export the Sibyl System technology to other countries, with plans to ultimately spread it throughout the world. A state in the midst of a civil war, SEAUn (the South East Asia Union, pronounced "shian"), brings in the Sibyl System as an experiment, and the coastal town of Shambala Float achieves temporary peace and safety. Angela Balzac is an agent at the space station DEVA, whose inhabitants have no physical bodies, their minds digitized and processed into a virtual reality environment. The film opens with Zawame City ravaged by a fight between the Heisei Riders and the Shōwa Riders, before going back in time to the week before, when workers from the Yggdrasill Corporation are dragged by an unknown force to underground. Upon hearing rumors about it, Kouta Kazuraba investigates the area with his friend Mai Takatsukasa, just to fall into a hole as well and find themselves in an underground, alternate version of the city. The two find a boy called Shu, who has the power to revert things and is certain that he has something important to do, but he does not remember what it is. Kouta and Mai then bring the boy to the surface and Takeshi Hongo appears demanding them to hand him over, when soldiers from the Underground Badan Empire appear to kidnap him as well and Takeshi transforms into Kamen Rider 1 to allow Kouta, Mai, and Shu to escape. Badan then launches an attack on the surface, and Armored Riders Baron, Ryugen, and Zangetsu Shin appear to fight back alongside Kouta, who transforms into Armored Rider Gaim as well to protect his friends. However, Gaim is attacked by Kamen Rider Fifteen, who is also seeking the boy and also possesses a Lockseed that allows him to transform into the Rider Arms of the 15 Heisei Riders, and when Kamen Riders 1, 2, and V3 appear to fight him, Shu uses his powers to escape with Gaim and Mai.

In the Soul Society, Mayuri Kurotsuchi is attacked in his laboratory by a pair of mysterious siblings wielding a scythe that erases his memories. Takuya and his DigiDestined team are traveling through a desert when they find themselves ending up on a floating island known as the Lost Island and in civil war between human and beast Digimon. While ending up on a village of humanoid Digimon, Takuya, J.P., and Tommy learn from Kotemon of a legend that the island was protected by their god Ornismon. Kotemon proceeds to take them to a neutral location where his friend Bearmon brought Koji and Zoe after they ended up in his village. After the two sides argue what they learned, Bearmon and Kote lead them to a mural of Ornismon with Bokomon deeming the DigiCode to be incomplete. Their peaceful meeting is broken up Kotemon and Bearmon's older brothers Dinohyumon and Grizzlymon appear and battle each other. But after Takuya and Koji spirit evolve to Agunimon and KendoGarurumon to stop them, Dinohyumon and Grizzlymon take their respective brothers with them.
