Igor Iouriévitch Savotchkin (en russe : Игорь Юрьевич Савочкин) est un acteur russe, né le 14 mai 1963 à Beriozovka.
Il détient un diplôme de Mécanicien agricole de l'Université agraire d'État de la ville de Saratov. Il a une première formation théâtrale sous la direction de Vladimir Zakharovitch Fedoseïev.
En 1991, il obtient le diplôme du Conservatoire de l'Institut théâtrale d'État de la ville de Saratov, institut Léonid Vitaliévitch Sobinov. Il suivait notamment les enseignements des professeurs Rimma Ivanovna Beliakova et Gueorgui Petrovitch Bannikov.
Il déménage à Moscou où il joue au théâtre "Sur les planches", dont le propriétaire est le metteur en scène Sergueï Erwandovitch Kourguinian. Il joue aussi au "Théâtre sur le manteau" de Sergueï Artsybacheva. Il est également animateur sur la radio moscovite "Nostalgie".
Il a collaboré avec le réalisateur Boris Leïbovitch Blank, interprétant un petit rôle dans le film Si nous savions.
Igor travaille maintenant pour la société de production du réalisateur Timur Bekmambetov, avec lequel il a collaboré sur de nombreux projets comme Night Watch, Day Watch, L'ironie du sort.Suite ou encore L'Éclair noir.
Le 29 septembre 2009, au cinéma "Arc-en-ciel" de la ville de Belgorod, Igor présente aux écoliers le film Le chiot, qui reçut de nombreux prix lors de festivals pour la jeunesse.

The characters from the first film now have children, who have managed to get into the same situation as their parents many years ago. However, this story is not simply a remake of the original movie. Firstly, all of Lukashin's adventures were accidental, whereas here everything is done according to a plan thought up by Pavlik (a friend of Lukashin's). His idea is to help his friend Evgeniy with his loneliness. To this end, he dispatches Lukashin's son Kostya to Petersburg, where he acts in the same manner as his father 30 years ago. In flat 12 he meets Nadejda (who is actually the daughter of Nadejda from the first movie). She has a fiancé called Irakliy, a businessman. Kostantin's task is to lure Iracliy away from the flat, then wait for Nadejda's mother to come; he then makes her call Evgeniy Lukashin. Pavlik persuades Evgeniy to go to St. Petersburg. The plot becomes a story of two fights over a woman: Konstantin vs. Irakliy and Evgeniy vs. Ippolit. Finally Lukashins win the competition, because Irakliy turns out to be too dull for Nadya and Nadejda understands that she was never in love with Ippolit.
