Jacques Balutin, né William Albert Buenos le 29 juin 1936 dans le 14e arrondissement de Paris, boulevard du Montparnasse, est un acteur français de théâtre, de cinéma, connu également pour de nombreux doublages.
Son succès dans le théâtre de boulevard amène Jacques Balutin à jouer dans 20 pièces dont les représentations sont enregistrées afin d’être diffusées à la télévision dans l’émission de Pierre Sabbagh, Au théâtre ce soir. Ainsi, Jacques Balutin apparaît pour la première fois, en 1968, dans la pièce La Duchesse d'Algues de Peter Blackmore. Les Français découvrent alors un jeune homme malicieux, à l’air constamment surpris… un benêt plutôt drôle. Sur scène, il obtient un immense succès avec des pièces de Marc Camoletti (La Bonne Adresse, L'Amour propre, On dînera au lit...), Francis Veber (Le Contrat), Neil Simon (Drôle de couple et Les Stars avec Daniel Prévost), Sacha Guitry (N'écoutez pas Mesdames) ou Robert Lamoureux ( L'Amour foot, Si je peux me permettre, Le Charlatan...).
Le ton original de sa voix lui ouvre également les portes du succès dans le doublage. Il prête ainsi sa voix si particulière à William Dalton dans les films et séries télévisées Lucky Luke, Alfred dans Albator, le corsaire de l'espace ou à Zig-Zag dans Toy Story. Il est également la voix française de David Starsky dans Starsky et Hutch.
Son talent d'acteur fut moins utilisé au cinéma, il obtient surtout des seconds rôles : dans Cartouche de Philippe de Broca, Les Copains d'Yves Robert ou Monsieur papa de Kad Merad.

Jacques Balutin (de son vrai nom William Albert Buenos), est né le 29 juin 1936 dans le 14e arrondissement de Paris, boulevard du Montparnasseau sein d’une famille aisée. Ses parents sont commerçants. Il obtient son baccalauréat et s’inscrit au cours Simon. Parallèlement à ses études, Jacques Balutin enchaîne les petits boulots. Ses premières apparitions se font au théâtre Marigny. D’abord, il y côtoie des comédiens eux-mêmes débutants, des stars en devenir. Rapidement, Jacques Balutin devient une référence dans le théâtre de boulevard. Months after Toy Story 3, it is winter break for Bonnie, who is going on vacation to Hawaii with her family. The toys are excited to have a week of relaxation, but Barbie and Ken reveal themselves to have stowed away in Bonnie's backpack, hoping to join her in Hawaii. Bonnie leaves them in her room, however, much to Ken's horror and disappointment when he realizes they are not going to Hawaii. Barbie reveals to Woody that Ken planned to have their first kiss on a beach at sunset (based on a travel brochure), inspiring Woody, Buzz, and the rest of Bonnie's toys to go all out and recreate Hawaii for the two. After various adventures in "Hawaii", Ken and Barbie share their first kiss in the snow at sunrise, recreating the scene from the brochure. However, the two step off the edge of the porch without realizing it and end up buried in snow; a post-credits scene shows the other toys trying to free them from a block of ice in which they are now frozen.

Woody prepares to go to cowboy camp with Andy, but his right arm is accidentally torn. Andy decides to leave him behind, and his mother puts him on a shelf. Alfredo Moreno est agent de Police à Paris. Marié mais séparé de sa femme, il rencontre Virginie, une jolie blonde plutôt intéressée. Mais la Police espagnole l'appelle pour venir reconnaître un corps qu'ils pensent être celui de sa femme. Il part avec Virginie, pensant prendre un week-end au soleil et récupère les affaires de sa femme, mais le corps semble introuvable. En fouillant les affaires, ils tombent sur un billet du loto qui s'avère être le gros lot. Alfredo décide de faire un aller-retour à Paris pour retirer la somme gagnée, de quitter son boulot et de revenir dans les bras de Virginie.
