James Tien Chun () (born May 28, 1942) is a Hong Kong actor from Guangdong, China. He appeared in almost 70 films, primarily in Hong Kong action cinema, including roles in the films of martial arts stars including Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung. He often played villains or supporting roles. He retired from the Hong Kong film industry in 2000.

Lee Rock (Andy Lau), un immigré à peine alphabétisé venu de Chine continentale, survit à Hong Kong, fréquentant autant des membres de triades que des policiers. Il décide de devenir lui-même policier dans le but premier d'acquérir du pouvoir et non pas de servir et protéger. Les pots-de-vin et les dessous de table sont alors monnaie courante dans la police et le fait de rester intègre condamne irrémédiablement un policier à l'isolement et la pauvreté. Lee Rock essaie tant bien que mal de s'en tenir à ses idéaux personnels mais sa droiture lui vaut la dérision de ses collègues et lui fait même perdre sa fiancée Rose (Chingmy Yau). Il finit par se décider à devenir chef de la police pour influer un changement de l'intérieur malgré les obstacles énormes. Son supérieur corrompu (Paul Chun ) cherche à le mettre hors d'état de nuire, et sa nouvelle fiancée, Grace (Sharla Cheung), se trouve être la fille d'un parrain de triade.

Three years ago, Lee Sam was a triad leader who was victimized by his enemy when leads him arrested and imprisoned. Upon his release, he single handedly takes revenge and flees to Taiwan afterwards and takes refugee from Billy Lee, whom he helped before. Sam decides to conceal his identity and leave the underworld but Billy is belligerent and repeatedly makes fuss and finds newcomer Crow to be his scapegoat. Crow has nothing to do all the time and always dreams of becoming a triad leader. Crow is then appreciated by Billy for being his scapegoat and his reputation rises which gets Billy jealous and arranges him to assassinate a police officer in Hong Kong. Billy plans a collateral kills Crow's girlfriend and older sister. The anger of Sam and Crow forces them to be back in the underworld.

Ching Fong-Tin (Sammo Hung) goes to Russia to steal goods from the Russian soldiers. Unfortunately he is caught and the soldiers make him strip his clothes down to his underwear. They force him to wear a brassiere and the head of a mop as a wig, and he is made to dance for their amusement. However, he makes his escape, grabbing his grenades as he goes, and throws one into the cabin. Fook Loi (Kenny Bee) catches Ching and lectures him about his crimes. Ching tries to escape, but in the scuffle, he and Fook end up rolling into a snowball. In the final moments after they both got out of the snowball, Fook tries to look for Ching and is taken by surprise when he jumps down from a tree, grabs his clothes and rushes off back to his hometown.
