On October 5, 1985, Dr. Emmett "Doc" Brown arrives in his flying time machine and persuades Marty McFly and his girlfriend, Jennifer Parker, to come back to the future with him to help their future children. The Sorceress of Castle Grayskull is woken one night by a mysterious magic sword that leads her to a glowing portal known as a 'Time Gate'. Recognizing the sword as the 'Sword of Protection', the Sorceress summons Prince Adam and Cringer the tiger to Castle Grayskull and sends them through the portal to find the person destined to possess the sword. While everybody else is preparing for Adam's and Adora's birthday, Adam is helping Man-At-Arms finish up the Sky Spy, a space shuttle intended to spy on Skeletor. The moment they head back to the palace, though, Orko gets inside the ship and messes around with the controls, causing the ship to blast off into the sky with him in it. Skeletor catches sight of the aircraft and, despite not knowing what it is or who is flying it, he gives chase after it in the Collector. Before he can take it down, He-Man and She-Ra, who are also unaware that Orko is in the Sky Spy, show up and punch a hole in the Collector, throwing it off course.

Transporté par accident sur Terre, Orko fait la connaissance de deux enfants durant la période de Noël. Ignorant tout des traditions terriennes, le petit magicien décide d'en savoir plus et décide de rester pour les festivités. De retour sur Eternia, c'est cette fois au tour des deux enfants qui l'ont aidé d'être piégé sur une planète qui n'est pas la leur. Il faudra toute l'ingéniosité de Musclor mais aussi de She-Ra pour que les deux bambins puissent revenir sain et sauf sur leur planète natale, ce qu ne semble pas chose facile avec les agissements de Hordak et ses sbires mais aussi de Skeletor qui semble s'être assagi au contact de la bonne humeur et l'esprit de fête qui accompagnent les deux enfants ...

The film tells the story of a woman (Dorothy Mackaill) who comes between a man (Milton Sills) and his estranged son (Douglas Fairbanks Jr.) Sills is a carnival barker who is in love with a dancing girl and is ambitious to have his son, Fairbanks, become a lawyer.
