L'histoire se déroule à Londres dans les années 1930. Confused and not sure where she is, Gwen comes out of a daze in a diner. She is surprised to find a pistol in her bag, and she accidentally shoots a waitress when the police confront her. Fleeing the diner, she returns to a hotel room that matches a key in her possession, though she can not remember any details of it. In her room, she finds a dead body, later revealed to be Winks, her best friend. A man shows up at the room and threatens to kill her, only to himself be killed by a man named Ty, who insists that they made plans to kill an underworld boss named Cyrus at the diner. Gwen, who does not remember Ty or their plans, denies that she would ever kill anyone, but she agrees to leave with him.

Helen McNichol (Tania Raymonde), a high school senior, is in love with Stanford Prescott (Ryan Merriman), her jock boyfriend, as well as has decided to give it all up to him. At least until she learns that her name is written in the high school football team's secret Bang Book and it is Stanford's job to deflower her. The tables are turned and the battle begins when she and her two best friends Katelyn Chase and Trish Van Doren (Rumer Willis and Kristin Cavallari) form a pact to maintain their virginity, embarrass the team and foil the plot against them. Helen gets Standford by ramming him off of a go-cart track and then She along with Katelyn and Trish trick him and his two best friends (Who are also Katelyn and Trish's boyfriends) into accidentally making out with each other. Then eventually at a party they slip a sex pill into the punch and gives Standford and his friends a Raging Boner. Helen then confronts Katelyn and Trish about the sex pills and blames them for everything and then visits Standford at the hospital tries to apologize and make it up to him, but he turns her down and tells her to go away. Heartbroken about her breakup with Standford, Helen at first decides not to go his football game, but after a talk with her father Nathan (Rob Schneider) about how people make mistakes in life, she changes her mind. At the football game Helen apologizes to Katelyn and Trish and they forgive her, however, Standford's team is losing the game. During Halftime Helen takes the microphone and apologizes for everything and helps Standford and his team into realizing why they are losing and Standford forgives her. When the next match comes, Standford and his team follow Helen's advice and beat the other team. Everyone then goes to the victory party where Helen and Standford finally have Sex. The film ends with Helen coming home after the party and sees Nathan sitting on a closed toilet playing a trombone through the window in which she smiles at.

Erik Stifler and Mike "Cooze" Coozeman arrive at the University of Michigan as freshmen. Upon arriving at his dorm, Erik meets a girl named Ashley while she is taking a shower in the coed bathrooms. Erik Stifler (John White) has a difficult time living up to his family name. He is Steve and Matt Stifler's cousin. He is perhaps the only Stifler about to graduate from high school as a virgin. The film opens with Erik feigning illness so that he can stay home and masturbate. Unfortunately, just as he is about to ejaculate, his parents and grandmother unexpectedly walk into the door and are hit with Erik's semen, after which his grandmother dies of a heart attack. The film showcases three 14-year-old girls: Dawn (Miriam McDonald), Becca (Megan Park), and Hannah (Alexis Dziena). Hannah finds herself on the receiving end of peer pressure from her friends to engage in oral sex with Nick Hartman, a typical 16-year-old egotistical "man-whore" whom Hannah likes. She believes that she has to behave in a particular fashion in order to fit in with her more sexually-active peers. As Hannah becomes more sexually "advanced", she does not reveal her sexual encounters and activities with Nick to her mother, who is quite concerned about the subject. Hannah regards her mother's concern as being intrusive, knowing she would be shocked if she knew. When Hannah's best friend Dawn gets syphilis (albeit being referenced in a nonchalant matter), the school nurses begin widespread testing. It soon becomes evident that the school is experiencing a syphilis epidemic. Although Nick is identified as the main spreader of the disease, he does not appreciate the serious nature of the issue and refuses to be tested, mocking those who undergo testing. Dawn reluctantly gets tested and discovers that she has contracted the disease. She realizes the consequences of her behavior and encourages her friends to get tested as well. Hannah notices a sore in her mouth one morning and decides to see the nurse, who tells Hannah that she is also infected. Thus, Hannah is forced to deal with the consequences of her actions.

Two friends, Danny (John White), and Phil (Dan Warry-Smith) live in a Mississippi town near a swamp. There is a local legend of a swamp-dwelling creature called "Gator Face". They construct a Gator Face costume by modifying a wetsuit. After scaring most of the townsfolk, the pranks make national news, drawing the attention of the National Guard. Danny soon discovers that Gator Face is real and friendly. After Danny, along with his friends Phil and Angel (Charlotte Sullivan), saves Gator Face from a trap, they realize that Gator Face is protecting the swamps. Danny learns that the National Guard will kill Gator Face if he is caught so the three friends resolve to save the monster. Danny's older brother Chip (Gordon Michael Woolvett) shoots at Danny (while Danny is dressed as Gator Face) with a flare gun and misses when Danny flees into a nearby building. The townsfolk think Danny is the real Gator Face and burns the building with Danny in it, the real Gator Face jumps in and saves Danny but is himself shot. Yet the swamp won't let its defender die, so the fog heals Gator Face and the day is saved.
