Jonas Emanuel Falk (3 August 1944 – 26 December 2010) was a Swedish actor and brother to Niklas Falk.

Falk was born in Örgryte, Gothenburg. He had belonged to Stockholm City Theatre's fixed ensemble since 1987. Apart from the City Theatre, he appeared in many of Lars Norén's productions on Sveriges Television. Falk died on December 26, 2010 after a period of illness.

Martin Fischer is successful composer. During a rehearsal for an upcoming concert he makes contact with first-violinist Barbara Hartman. During the concert, and Barbara and Martin flirts a lot with each other, although they are both married and have adult children. After the concert, they meet out back. She feels ill, and he says that he will follow her home. They stop at his hotel and goes inside, kisses, and Barbara says she loves him. Somewhat later, she tells her two adult children that she is going to separate from the children's father. Phillip, the son becomes very angry, while her daughter Karin is more indulgent. The film jumps to Barbara's honeymoon with Martin in Morocco. After they return home, Martin experiences amnesia, and is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.

A mad serial killer terrorizes Stockholm in the hot summer of 1993, by abducting, raping and strangling young school girls to death in the green parks of the inner town. When the first girl is found dead in the Vanadislunden Park, Martin Beck and his team receives the case on their desk and realizes that this will become one of their most emotional investigations ever, especially for Beck's younger colleague Lennart Kollberg who himself has a little daughter. An old lady was robbed by an unknown robber in the park at the same time as the murder was committed, which means that Martin Beck must catch the robber first, as he is the only key witness.
