Julia Winter (born 17 March 1993) is a British actress. She was born in Stockholm, Sweden, although she grew up in London, England. She studied at St Christopher's School in Belsize, and St Paul's Girl's School. During a school visit in the Swedish city of Sigtuna, she collected her first theatrical experiences in a theatrical AG.

Winter is best known for her portrayal of the spoiled brat Veruca Salt in Tim Burton's film Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. This role is her only film performance, but she has made some television appearances.

Winter has a brother and younger sister and speaks fluent Swedish. She is currently resident in Sweden and is studying to become a doctor. She recently graduated SSHL, a boarding school in Sigtuna, Sweden, and lives in Knivsta, Sweden.

In 2014 Julia was second appearance to play Peyton in Dolphin Tale 2, alongside Nathan Gamble, Cozi Zuehlsdorff, Zachary Gordon, Cameron Boyce, Max Charles and Bethany Hamilton.

Jillian "Jill" Conway (Amanda Seyfried) lives in Portland, Oregon with her sister Molly (Emily Wickersham), a college student. Lewis is an aspiring young inventor at an orphanage whose inventions have been scaring off potential parents. Taking his memory scanner to his school's science fair, Lewis meets Wilbur Robinson, a mysterious boy claiming to be a time cop from the future. Wilbur needs to recover a time machine that a man wearing a bowler hat has stolen. Lewis tries to demonstrate the scanner, but it falls apart, throwing the science fair into chaos. Upset, Lewis leaves while the Bowler Hat Guy, with the help of a robotic bowler hat named Doris, repairs and steals the scanner.
