Kōsei Tomita (富田 耕生, Tomita Kōsei, born February 4, 1936) is a Japanese voice actor from Tokyo who is affiliated with Production Baobab. He voiced Doraemon in the original 1973 Doraemon series. He voiced Shunsaku Ban, also known as Mustachio (Higeoyaji), a character appearing in many of Osamu Tezuka's productions. He received a Achievement Award at the 3rd Seiyu Awards.

The story centers on characters who are immortal. The lead character, Colin MacLeod, became an Immortal after his first death in 125 AD in Roman Britain, when his village was attacked by the conquering Romans. The plot revolves around a summer vacation of Nobita and his friends under the waters of the Pacific Ocean. Gian and Suneo take Doraemon's underwater vehicle and travel through the Atlantic Ocean, trying to find a treasure ship. Along the way, they discover that the environment gun that Doraemon used to protect them is running out of energy leaving them vulnerable to the sea. Fortunately, they are rescued by some marine creatures. Doraemon and his friends are later captured by these creatures, revealed to be inhabinats of the underwater kingdom of Mu. It is revealed that another undersea kingdom, Atlantis, now controlled by robots, was about to destroy the Earth with nuclear weapons after mistaking a volcano eruption for an invasion. With the help of a young boy from Mu, Nobita and his friends attempt to stop the robots, but are all captured. However, when things are at their grimmest, Doraemon's robotic underwater vehicle sacrifices itself to destroy the computer that controlled all the robots and nuclear weapons. After returning to Mu, Doraemon and his friends are hailed as heroes before returning home.

Inspector Zenigata travels to Castle Dracula to confirm reports of the execution of his long-time nemesis, Arsène Lupin III. However, the body he finds is a decoy that is being used by another Lupin to escape from the castle. The Yamato and her crew face the onslaught of the Comet Empire, a civilization from the Andromeda Galaxy that seeks to conquer Earth, led by Zwordar the Great (Prince Zordar in the English dub). The Earth ship is aided by an antimatter woman, Teresa of Telezart (known as Trelaina in the English dub), while the Comet Empire has revived Earth's greatest enemy, the Gamilas' leader Desslar, who is eager for revenge. D'abord mis en déroute par celui-ci, les robots se replient en laissant derrière eux le Béliorak, avalé par le Dragosaure. Après avoir mis au point une tactique de combat, l'équipe retourne sauver le Béliorak et éliminer le monstre... Mais le combat ne s'annonce ni facile, ni de tout repos.
