Karen Kondazian (born January 27, 1950 in Newton, Massachusetts) is an American award-winning actress and author. She attended Abraham Lincoln High School, and received a B.A. from San Francisco State College, and graduated from London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. She began working in theater, starring in productions such as The Milk Train Doesn't Stop Here Anymore as Flora Goforth. In 2012 Kondazian published The Whip, a novel based upon the life of Charley Parkhurst.

At eight years old, James Dean lives with his estranged father Winton and mother Mildred in 1939 Santa Monica, California. When Mildred dies of cancer in 1940, Winton sends James on a train to Fairmount, Indiana, along with the coffin containing her body. The movie begins about a year after the events of the first story. The Davis family has fit in very well with the townspeople of Lucifer Falls. Almost all of them, a grumpy general store owner Tom Lynch (played by Eugene Levy) has a great disdain for Carlton and the growing popularity he's gained among the townspeople. But that is the least of their worries, as the children Jennifer and two younger sons Corwin and Aurie begin to sense that Mr. Boogedy may return for revenge. Though both parents shrug off the idea, even after getting a warning from a fortune teller Madeleinska (played by Karen Kondazain). To put an end to their children's beliefs, Carlton and Eloise use their faux seance both to prove that Boogedy is gone. However, the two unwittingly awake his spirit while Carlton impersonates him; which may have been helped when Lynch almost tried to take out their store's power.

An armed gunman causes a hostage situation at a Los Angeles grocery store. When negotiations between him and the law fail, Marion Cobretti (codenamed "Cobra"), a member of an elite division of the Los Angeles Police Department known as the "Zombie Squad", is summoned to the scene. Cobretti infiltrates the store, locates, and negotiates with him. During the negotiation, the criminal speaks of the unknown "New Order", a group of social darwinist radicals that despise modern society and believe in killing the weak, leaving only the strongest and smartest to rule the world. Cobretti then kills the gunman by throwing a knife at his abdomen and firing shots at him.
